【摘要】：本文通過建立固定效應(yīng)模型、隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型和綜合效應(yīng)模型,分析工資、失業(yè)與制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變動的區(qū)域差異。研究表明:工資對東部地區(qū)資本密集型制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變動的影響力度遠(yuǎn)小于勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè);對于東部地區(qū),失業(yè)與勞動密集型制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和資本密集型制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的變動正相關(guān),而與技術(shù)密集型制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的變動負(fù)相關(guān);對于中部地區(qū),失業(yè)與勞動密集型制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的變動正相關(guān),與資本和技術(shù)密集型制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的變動負(fù)相關(guān);對于西部地區(qū),失業(yè)與勞動和資本密集型制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的變動正相關(guān),與技術(shù)密集型制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的變動負(fù)相關(guān)。這對于中國不同區(qū)域制定不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和工資政策提供了理論依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a fixed effect model, a stochastic effect model and a comprehensive effect model are established to analyze the wage. Regional differences between unemployment and internal structural changes in manufacturing industries. The study shows that wages have a much smaller impact on the changes in the internal structure of capital-intensive manufacturing industries in the eastern region than in labour-intensive industries, while in the eastern region, Unemployment is positively related to the internal structure of labor-intensive manufacturing and capital-intensive manufacturing, but negatively related to the internal structure of technology-intensive manufacturing. Unemployment is positively correlated with changes in internal structure of labor-intensive manufacturing industries, negatively with changes in internal structures of capital and technology-intensive manufacturing industries, and positively with changes in internal structures of labour-intensive and capital-intensive manufacturing industries in the western region. It is negatively related to the change of internal structure of technology-intensive manufacturing industry, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for different regions of China to formulate different industrial policies and wage policies.
