【摘要】：煤礦設(shè)備管理工作是煤炭生產(chǎn)管理中的基礎(chǔ)工作。隨著煤炭行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,一方面,煤炭企業(yè)在具體的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營過程中其設(shè)備的復(fù)雜性也在不斷加強(qiáng)、設(shè)備的自動化及機(jī)械化程度也在逐步提高,設(shè)備的整個生命周期費(fèi)用總額也越來越高;而另一方面,煤炭企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)也越來越依賴機(jī)械設(shè)備。因而煤炭企業(yè)設(shè)備管理具有一定的復(fù)雜性和重要性。因而本研究以煤炭企業(yè)Z公司為研究對象,結(jié)合其設(shè)備管理的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐的方法,對TPM在Z公司設(shè)備管理中應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。通過總結(jié)與歸納國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及TPM的概念及特點(diǎn),以此作為全文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。在實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,把握Z公司設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀與存在的主要問題,通過設(shè)計(jì)與發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,分析了煤炭企業(yè)推行TPM的關(guān)鍵成功因素,查找Z公司推行TPM的難點(diǎn),以此作為研究的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。在以上分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從總體上設(shè)計(jì)出了Z公司TPM的推進(jìn)原則、Z公司推行TPM的主要內(nèi)容等。為了保障TPM設(shè)備管理模式在Z公司的順利推行,從TPM設(shè)備管理的意識與氛圍的培養(yǎng)、考核與激勵機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì)、人員的培訓(xùn)等多個方面設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的保障措施。本研究不僅不僅有助于指導(dǎo)企業(yè)進(jìn)一步提高其設(shè)備管理水平,進(jìn)而提升企業(yè)的設(shè)備運(yùn)營效率與行業(yè)競爭力。同時對于提高煤炭行業(yè)設(shè)備管理的整體水平也具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Coal mine equipment management is the basic work in coal production management. With the continuous development of the coal industry, on the one hand, the complexity of the equipment of coal enterprises in the specific production and operation process is also increasing. The automation and mechanization of the equipment is also gradually increasing, and the total cost of the whole life cycle of the equipment is increasing; on the other hand, The production of coal enterprises is more and more dependent on mechanical equipment. Therefore, the equipment management of coal enterprises is of certain complexity and importance. Therefore, this study takes Z Company of Coal Enterprise as the research object and combines the characteristics of its equipment management. The application of TPM in the equipment management of Z Company is studied by the method of combining theory with practice. Through summing up and summing up the present research situation at home and abroad and the concept and characteristics of TPM, On the basis of field investigation, the paper grasps the present situation and main problems of equipment management in Z Company, and analyzes the key success factors of implementing TPM in coal enterprises by designing and issuing questionnaires. Find out the difficulties of Z Company to implement TPM as the practical basis of the research. On the basis of the above analysis, In order to ensure the smooth implementation of TPM equipment management mode in Z Company, the author designs the advance principle of Z Company TPM and the main contents of Z Company TPM. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of TPM equipment management mode in Z Company, the consciousness and atmosphere of TPM equipment management are cultivated. The design of examination and incentive mechanism, the training of personnel, and so on, have designed the corresponding safeguard measures. This research is not only helpful to guide the enterprise to further improve its equipment management level, Furthermore, it can improve the equipment operation efficiency and industry competitiveness of enterprises, and also has certain reference value for improving the overall level of equipment management in coal industry.
