【摘要】:建立大型集團(tuán)企業(yè)車輛管理信息系統(tǒng)是節(jié)約成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)公務(wù)車輛的精益化管理的有效途徑?紤]到國家電網(wǎng)公司是總部、分部、省市公司、直屬單位等多層管理的大型集團(tuán)型企業(yè),需要管理的車輛數(shù)量眾多,現(xiàn)行的公車管理制度和流程也不統(tǒng)一,因此建立適應(yīng)實(shí)際情況的車輛管理信息系統(tǒng)具有一定的難度。首先針對(duì)國家電網(wǎng)公司的管理現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),梳理公車管理業(yè)務(wù),制定高水平、高適應(yīng)性的管理制度。其次,根據(jù)管理咨詢的結(jié)論,建立科學(xué)合理的管理體制,并通過信息化的管理手段聯(lián)通上下級(jí)車輛管理的縱向業(yè)務(wù)。第三,構(gòu)筑起科學(xué)的考核評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)各級(jí)車輛的管理使用情況進(jìn)行全方位對(duì)標(biāo),做到橫向可比,縱向可查。本文通過追蹤分析整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)里程,從項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的整個(gè)周期采集數(shù)據(jù)樣本,逐一進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),從而在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,管理效率,產(chǎn)出效能等多方面進(jìn)行分析,由點(diǎn)帶面,通過此研究,分析信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)帶來的科技革命,為管理大型集團(tuán)型企業(yè)公車管理提供理論及技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The establishment of vehicle management information system for large group enterprises is an effective way to save costs and realize lean management of public vehicles. Considering that the State Grid Company is the headquarters, branch, provincial and municipal companies, Large conglomerate enterprises directly under the management of units and other multi-storey enterprises need to manage a large number of vehicles, and the current bus management system and procedures are not uniform. Therefore, it is difficult to set up a vehicle management information system adapted to the actual situation. Firstly, according to the current management situation of the State Grid Company, drawing lessons from the advanced management experience at home and abroad, combing the bus management business and establishing a high level, Secondly, according to the conclusion of management consultation, establish a scientific and reasonable management system, and through the information management means to connect the vertical business of the upper and lower level vehicle management. Third, build a scientific evaluation model. The management and use of vehicles at all levels are marked in all directions, so that they can be compared horizontally and vertically. Through tracing and analyzing the construction mileage of the whole project, this paper collects data samples from the whole construction cycle of the project and makes statistics one by one. In order to analyze the economic efficiency, management efficiency, output efficiency and so on, from the point of view, through this research, the paper analyzes the scientific and technological revolution brought by the information industry to the traditional industry. To provide theoretical and technical support for the management of large-scale corporate bus management.
