YRD服飾公司員工激勵機制優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:過去,我國服裝企業(yè)間的競爭主要是物質(zhì)資源競爭,而現(xiàn)在中小型服裝企業(yè)間的競爭已成為人力資源的競爭,因此,企業(yè)要把吸收和有效激勵企業(yè)人員提上企業(yè)管理的日程,關(guān)鍵是要根據(jù)企業(yè)實際制定完善和科學(xué)的員工激勵機制。本文運用激勵理論知識,遵循發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路,通過對YRD服飾公司調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)該企業(yè)在激勵方面存在績效考核不完善、薪酬制度不科學(xué)及員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃欠缺等幾個方面的問題,緊密結(jié)合中外激勵理論,分析了YRD服飾公司在員工激勵機制方面存在的問題,然后從績效考核、薪酬制度、精神激勵、員工的發(fā)展與激勵、監(jiān)督約束機制五個方面優(yōu)化構(gòu)建了YRD服飾公司員工激勵機制,更加有效地對員工進行激勵,激發(fā)員工的工作熱情。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:懫用問卷調(diào)查法,探尋企業(yè)激勵機制存在問題。通過查閱大量文獻,針對企業(yè)員工實際情況,精心設(shè)計了調(diào)查問卷,提出了一些與激勵機制相關(guān)的問題,并讓員工積極主動參與問卷調(diào)查;最后匯總問卷,從中找出企業(yè)員工激勵機制存在的問題,并提出了YRD服飾公司員工激勵機制的優(yōu)化措施。
[Abstract]:In the past, China's garment enterprises competition among the major material resources competition, and now the small and medium-sized clothing competition between enterprises has become the competition of human resources. Therefore, enterprises should absorb and motivate the staff provided to enterprise management, the key is to establish the perfect incentive mechanism and scientific staff according to the enterprise actual in this paper. The use of incentive theory knowledge, follow identify problems, analyze problems, problem-solving ideas, based on the investigation of YRD clothing company, found that the enterprise performance evaluation exist in the imperfect incentive compensation system, several scientific and employee occupation career planning and the lack of problems, combined with foreign incentive theory, YRD analysis clothing company staff incentive mechanism in the existing problems, and then from the performance appraisal, salary system, spiritual incentive, development and incentive, supervision and restraint mechanism of the five party The optimal incentive mechanism is constructed of YRD clothing company employees, to motivate employees more effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff. The innovation of this paper lies in: Zhi by questionnaire survey, to explore the incentive mechanism existing problems. Through consulting a large number of literatures, according to the actual situation of the enterprise staff, carefully designed questionnaire, put forward some related problems of incentives, and allow employees to actively participate in the questionnaire; the final summary of the questionnaire, find out the existing problems from the enterprise staff incentive mechanism, and put forward the optimization measures of staff incentive mechanism of YRD company.
