【摘要】：在分析軍民融合創(chuàng)新特性基礎(chǔ)上,基于利益相關(guān)者理論和治理理論提出了軍民融合創(chuàng)新治理體系,并將該體系分為內(nèi)部治理、外部治理兩個(gè)層次�；诟骼嫦嚓P(guān)者的治理需求和責(zé)任,提出了融合創(chuàng)新的利益相關(guān)關(guān)系治理模型,進(jìn)而提出兩種典型的融合創(chuàng)新治理模式,即軍工單位主導(dǎo)的治理模式和民工單位主導(dǎo)的治理模式。采用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法,研究、比較了兩種治理模式的代表性案例,結(jié)果證明了理論成果的合理性。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the innovation characteristics of civil-military integration, this paper puts forward the innovative governance system of civil-military integration based on stakeholder theory and governance theory, and divides the system into internal governance. Two levels of external governance. Based on the governance needs and responsibilities of the stakeholders, this paper puts forward a governance model of interest relationship that integrates innovation, and then puts forward two typical governance models of integration and innovation. Using the social network analysis method, this paper studies and compares the representative cases of the two kinds of governance models, and the results prove the rationality of the theoretical results.
