【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的廢棄物越來(lái)越多,這些廢棄物如果處理不當(dāng),不但造成資源浪費(fèi),還會(huì)給環(huán)境帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的危害,進(jìn)而對(duì)人們的健康和生存構(gòu)成威脅。為此,加強(qiáng)工業(yè)副產(chǎn)物資源的綜合利用成為我們必須要解決的課題。利用工業(yè)廢棄物生產(chǎn)建筑材料是實(shí)現(xiàn)資源綜合利用的有效途徑。建筑行業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),建筑材料尤其是新型建筑材料是建筑工業(yè)的重要組成部分。綜合利用工業(yè)廢棄物生產(chǎn)新型建筑材料對(duì)于發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè),促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有中要的意義,具有重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。本商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)以福建JB防潮石膏砌塊項(xiàng)目為研究課題,其目的是解決項(xiàng)目的融資擴(kuò)產(chǎn)問(wèn)題。本文首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目的概況做了介紹,然后從內(nèi)部資源和能力兩方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,接著運(yùn)用PEST模型分析項(xiàng)目所處的宏觀環(huán)境,并運(yùn)用波特五力模型分析項(xiàng)目所處行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行SWOT分析并制訂公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,接著運(yùn)用STP模型明確了項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)定位,并在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了項(xiàng)目的盈利模式,然后制訂項(xiàng)目擴(kuò)產(chǎn)的建設(shè)計(jì)劃及運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃。本文的后面部分為財(cái)務(wù)分析,首先是根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)計(jì)劃及運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃確定了項(xiàng)目的融資計(jì)劃,包括融資金額與權(quán)益和融資使用計(jì)劃,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè),包括投資估算和資金籌集、銷(xiāo)售收入及稅金預(yù)測(cè)、產(chǎn)品成本和費(fèi)用的估算、利潤(rùn)總額及分配估算。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了項(xiàng)目的盈利能力和償債能力,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目的投資效益進(jìn)行論證和評(píng)價(jià),其結(jié)論為項(xiàng)目的IRR為36.17%,NPV為26954萬(wàn),回報(bào)大于12%,項(xiàng)目可行。本文還就項(xiàng)目私募股權(quán)投資的退出制定了方案。本文最后分別從定量和定性的角度對(duì)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。通過(guò)對(duì)福建JB公司防潮石膏砌塊項(xiàng)目的分析,本文認(rèn)為該項(xiàng)目能夠給投資者帶來(lái)較為理想的經(jīng)濟(jì)回報(bào),還能夠得到政府政策的大力支持,該項(xiàng)目具有較大的投資價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry in China, more and more wastes are produced in the process of industrial production. If these wastes are not treated properly, they will not only cause waste of resources, but also bring serious harm to the environment. And then pose a threat to people's health and survival. To strengthen the comprehensive utilization of industrial by-product resources has become a problem we must solve. Using industrial waste to produce building materials is an effective way to realize the comprehensive utilization of resources. Construction industry is the pillar of our national economy. Industry. Building materials, especially new building materials, are an important part of the construction industry. Comprehensive use of industrial waste to produce new building materials will promote the development of circular economy and the construction of ecological civilization. Promoting the sustainable development of economy is of middle significance, and has great economic and social benefits. This business plan takes Fujian JB dampproof gypsum block project as the research subject. The purpose is to solve the problem of project financing expansion. Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation of the project, and then analyzes the internal environment of the project from the two aspects of internal resources and capacity. Then the PEST model is used to analyze the macro environment of the project, and the Porter's five-force model is used to analyze the competitive environment of the industry in which the project is located. On this basis, the SWOT analysis of the project and the formulation of the company's development strategy, and then using the STP model to determine the market positioning of the project, and on this basis to determine the profit model of the project. Then we make the construction plan and business plan of the project expansion. The second part of this paper is the financial analysis, the first is to determine the financing plan of the project according to the project construction plan and business plan. Including the amount of financing and equity and financing use plan, and the corresponding financial forecasts for the project, including investment estimates and fund-raising, sales revenue and tax forecasts, product costs and expenses estimates. On this basis, the profitability and solvency of the project are analyzed, and the investment benefit of the project is demonstrated and evaluated. The conclusion is that the IRR of the project is 36.17%. The NPV is 269.54 million and the return is more than 12%. The project is feasible. This paper also formulates the project private equity investment exit plan. Finally, this paper analyzes the project risk from the quantitative and qualitative angles and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through the prevention of Fujian JB company. Analysis of tidal gypsum block project. This paper holds that the project can bring investors an ideal economic return, and can also be supported by government policies. The project is of great investment value.
