【摘要】：正(一)制定企業(yè)資金計(jì)劃管理制度第一,企業(yè)總部應(yīng)要求各單位按年、月、周編制資金計(jì)劃,從資金流入、資金流出兩方面入手,構(gòu)建整個(gè)企業(yè)的資金平衡體系。制度的實(shí)施能夠確保企業(yè)資金水平在合理范圍內(nèi)運(yùn)行,各單位資金先"預(yù)"再"算"后"花",杜絕無(wú)計(jì)劃、超計(jì)劃的款項(xiàng)支付。第二,企業(yè)總部要從制度上取得資金計(jì)劃管理的調(diào)控權(quán),即把各分子公司的資金計(jì)劃管理控制權(quán)集中到企業(yè)總部。這樣,既能從制度上讓各分子公司自由參與生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活
