基于A(yíng)HP中小型設(shè)備貿(mào)易類(lèi)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與控制

【摘要】:風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的存在是客觀(guān)的,是管理者必須面對(duì)的不容忽視的事實(shí)。任何一個(gè)企業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中,都會(huì)面臨各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),可能因?yàn)楹暧^(guān)環(huán)境的起伏變化,也可能是企業(yè)本身的戰(zhàn)略與行業(yè)環(huán)境的不匹配,還有可能是經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中總體管控不夠良好。中小企業(yè)更不例外,甚至?xí)媾R更多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生會(huì)帶來(lái)不同程度的損失,影響企業(yè)的收益,對(duì)于從事設(shè)備貿(mào)易的中小企業(yè),單個(gè)訂單金額偏大,一個(gè)訂單的失誤就有可能帶來(lái)重大打擊。如何有效規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),將其控制在可控范圍內(nèi),關(guān)乎企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。中小企業(yè)體量小,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理意識(shí)薄弱,抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力較差,所以在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方面更加需要加強(qiáng)。本文在對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知識(shí)進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和研究基礎(chǔ)上,分析了從事設(shè)備貿(mào)易的中小企業(yè)特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)行項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控狀況,對(duì)E公司項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析評(píng)估,得出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的主次順序排列,同時(shí)結(jié)合筆者多年實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出適合從事設(shè)備貿(mào)易的中小企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)方法,最終通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證措施的有效性。文章主要分為五個(gè)部分,第一部分,了解國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論研究的現(xiàn)狀,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)概念,介紹本文的研究思路;第二部分,介紹本文的研究對(duì)象E公司情況,通過(guò)工作流程作業(yè)安全分析和崗位what if分析E公司的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)各類(lèi)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別,以案例生動(dòng)形象表明;第三部分,通過(guò)AHP法進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,甄別出主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn);第四部分,針對(duì)各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)采取相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,并通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證部分措施的有效性;第五部分,得出結(jié)論,展望未來(lái)。在國(guó)外,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理得到了高度重視,已經(jīng)成為項(xiàng)目管理十項(xiàng)中的一項(xiàng),在我國(guó),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理起步較晚,被重視程度偏低,中小企業(yè)家需要意識(shí)到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要,將開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略進(jìn)行提升到兼顧風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的高度,控制好風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就是減少損失,間接增加收益。
[Abstract]:The existence of risk is objective, is the manager must face the fact that can not be ignored. Any enterprise in the development process, will face a variety of risks, may be due to the fluctuation of the macro environment. It may also be the mismatch between the strategy of the enterprise itself and the environment of the industry, and it may also be that the overall control in the course of operation is not good enough, and the small and medium-sized enterprises are no exception. Even more risks will be faced. The occurrence of various risks will bring about varying degrees of losses, affecting the income of enterprises. For small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in equipment trade, the amount of individual orders is on the high side. How to effectively avoid risk and control it within the controllable range is related to the survival and development of enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises have small volume and weak awareness of risk management. The ability to resist risk is poor, so the risk control needs to be strengthened. This paper is based on the study and research of risk knowledge. This paper analyzes the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in equipment trade and the current situation of project risk control, analyzes and evaluates the project risk of E Company, and obtains the sequence of risk factors. At the same time, combined with the author's many years of practical work experience, the author puts forward a risk response method suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in equipment trade, and finally verifies the effectiveness of the measures through examples. The article is mainly divided into five parts, the first part. Understand the domestic and foreign risk management theory research status quo, risk related concepts, introduce the research ideas of this paper; The second part, introduces the research object E company situation, through the workflow job safety analysis and the post what if analysis E company project risk, carries on the identification to each kind of project risk. The case is vividly illustrated; The third part, through the AHP method to identify the risk, identify the main risks; In the 4th part, we take corresponding measures to deal with each risk, and verify the effectiveness of some measures by examples. In the 5th part, we draw a conclusion and look forward to the future. In foreign countries, risk management has been attached great importance to, has become one of the ten items of project management. In our country, risk management started late and was paid less attention. Small and medium-sized entrepreneurs need to realize the importance of risk management and promote the marketing strategy to take risk control into account. To control risk well is to reduce losses and indirectly increase profits.
