【摘要】:我國是世界上生產(chǎn)和消費包裝的第二大國,包裝產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國發(fā)展迅速,也成為了我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分。在我國包裝產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值中,塑料包裝產(chǎn)值所占的比例約為三成,塑料包裝成為包裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分。在塑料包裝行業(yè)中,大型企業(yè)和國有企業(yè)較少,民營企業(yè)多并且分散,行業(yè)競爭非常激烈。XH塑料包裝技術(shù)有限公司是專業(yè)生產(chǎn)生活用紙包裝行業(yè)的大型企業(yè),本文通過對XH公司的研究分析,為其制定能夠使其在激烈的市場競爭中獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的競爭戰(zhàn)略。本文運用宏觀環(huán)境分析法、波特五力模型對XH公司的外部環(huán)境進行了分析,并對其競爭對手進行了分析,通過分析找出XH公司面臨的機會和威脅;通過對對XH公司內(nèi)部的資源和能力進行分析,找出公司的優(yōu)勢和劣勢:然后運用SWOT分析法綜合分析了XH公司的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境,明確了企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀并提出符合企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略意圖的差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略;最后,針對XH公司如何有效實施差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略,提出了人力資源、技術(shù)研發(fā)、質(zhì)量管理、企業(yè)文化等方面的保障措施。本文能為XH公司的發(fā)展提供具有一定價值的參考建議。
[Abstract]:China is the second largest country in the world in the production and consumption of packaging, packaging industry in China has developed rapidly, and has become an important part of our national economy. The proportion of plastic packaging output value is about 30%, plastic packaging has become an important part of the packaging industry. In the plastic packaging industry, there are fewer large enterprises and state-owned enterprises, more and more private enterprises. XH plastic Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise specializing in the production of paper packaging industry for daily use. In order to formulate a competitive strategy which can make XH gain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, this paper analyzes the external environment of XH Company by using the macroscopic environmental analysis method and Porter's five-force model. It also analyzes its competitors and finds out the opportunities and threats faced by XH Company. Through the analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of XH company, find out the strengths and weaknesses of the company: then use the SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment of XH company. The present situation of the enterprise is clarified and the differentiated competitive strategy in line with the strategic intention of the enterprise is put forward. Finally, in view of XH company how to implement the differentiation competition strategy effectively, proposed the human resources, the technical research and development, the quality management. This paper can provide some valuable suggestions for the development of XH Company.
