【摘要】：本文以所實(shí)習(xí)企業(yè)BV公司車(chē)輛質(zhì)損檢驗(yàn)工作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)與論文有關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外的理論和應(yīng)用研究動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行檢索和跟蹤。通過(guò)介紹BV公司車(chē)輛質(zhì)損檢驗(yàn)工作現(xiàn)狀,以工作研究理論為基礎(chǔ)和指導(dǎo),用程序分析、成對(duì)比較法、秒表時(shí)間研究、動(dòng)素分析、模特法對(duì)BV車(chē)輛質(zhì)損檢驗(yàn)工作的主要環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行深入分析,確定其主要問(wèn)題并進(jìn)行原因分析,提出了現(xiàn)行工作優(yōu)化的總體需求。利用方法研究、作業(yè)測(cè)定、成本分析等技術(shù)工具提出改進(jìn)方案并進(jìn)行效果評(píng)價(jià),并指出車(chē)輛質(zhì)損檢驗(yàn)工作持續(xù)改善的方向。該優(yōu)化方案提高BV公司質(zhì)損檢驗(yàn)工作的效率,保證服務(wù)能力,提高了客戶的滿意度,為BV公司車(chē)輛質(zhì)損檢驗(yàn)業(yè)務(wù)贏得先機(jī)。
[Abstract]:The object of this paper is the inspection of vehicle quality loss in BV Company. The research trends of theory and application related to the paper are searched and tracked. By introducing the present situation of BV company's vehicle quality damage inspection, based on the theory of work research and guidance, program analysis is used. Paired comparison method, stopwatch time study, dynamic element analysis, model method to BV vehicle mass damage inspection of the main links were analyzed, determine its main problems and cause analysis. Put forward the overall requirements of the current work optimization. Using the technical tools such as method research, activity measurement, cost analysis and other technical tools, put forward the improvement plan and evaluate the effect. It also points out the direction of continuous improvement of quality damage inspection of vehicles. This optimization scheme improves the efficiency of quality damage inspection in BV company, ensures the service ability, and improves the customer satisfaction. For BV company vehicle quality damage inspection business to win the first chance.
