【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易全球化的二十一世紀(jì),對產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)要求越來越苛刻,對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的重視程度也日漸提高。要想成功的占領(lǐng)市場,就必須要有過硬的質(zhì)量,社會經(jīng)濟的進一步發(fā)展離不開質(zhì)量的推動。就目前來看,一個企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場競爭下獲得生存,必須要深知質(zhì)量管理才是獲勝的關(guān)鍵因素。所以,一個企業(yè)要想在競爭中存活、并打出一條出路,就要求企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平和高度具絕對的優(yōu)勢。J公司作為新中國成立后的第一批化工機械制造企業(yè)。很早就通過了ISO-9001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證,在認(rèn)證后的早期,J公司質(zhì)量管理方面都產(chǎn)生的很大的改變,極大地推動了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。然而,隨后的很長一段時期J公司質(zhì)量體系停步不前,在運行中逐步與時代脫節(jié),很多有關(guān)質(zhì)量管理方面的規(guī)章制度也拘泥于形式,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題也越來越多,J公司的發(fā)展已經(jīng)被嚴(yán)重的制約。鑒于此,作者首先對目前已有的三種質(zhì)量管理體系的質(zhì)量控制方法的相關(guān)的理論進行了詳細(xì)的了解以及分析總結(jié),通過大量的查閱相關(guān)文獻了解了目前國內(nèi)外對于質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論的研究。通過研究總結(jié)J公司壓力容器制造質(zhì)量管理有著以下幾個問題：企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系運行的主動性不強,質(zhì)量體系相關(guān)文件沒有很好的執(zhí)行；質(zhì)量責(zé)任考核沒有發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用；專業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系方面人才分布不合理；產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性差前期開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品次品率高,批量生產(chǎn)時,工藝時間長,成本高；物料管理不完善等。根據(jù)以上存在的問題,進行深入的分析和研究,以質(zhì)量管理理論為基礎(chǔ)提出了相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量體系改進方案。最后,為確保改善方案的有效實施,結(jié)合J公司的現(xiàn)狀和戰(zhàn)略需要,本文介紹了改善方案的實施步驟,并提出了改善方案實施所需的支持措施。改進方案主要是在公司目前采用的IS09001：2000質(zhì)量體系之上結(jié)合現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量管理理論,對企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理措施及管理體系進行逐步完善,在全公司實現(xiàn)全員管控質(zhì)量、加強對體系流程的完善并加強對其體系流程的執(zhí)行力、完善自我、實現(xiàn)品質(zhì)超越的管理機制,文章最后J公司成立QC活動小組,利用六西格瑪質(zhì)量管理理論來降低質(zhì)量成本、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、提升管理水平。要想保證方案的順利進行,需要各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)充分發(fā)揮帶頭與監(jiān)督的作用,高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也要對管理體系的改進大力支持,對成立高效的質(zhì)量管理體系培訓(xùn)制度；打造活潑積極的企業(yè)文化；嚴(yán)格落實質(zhì)量責(zé)任考核等幾個方面制定相應(yīng)的措施來對改進方案的實施進行保障。
[Abstract]:In 21th century of economic and trade globalization, the requirements of product quality are becoming more and more stringent, and the degree of attention to product quality is also increasing. In order to successfully occupy the market, we must have excellent quality. The further development of social economy can not be separated from the promotion of quality. At present, if an enterprise wants to survive in the fierce market competition, it must know that quality management is the key factor to win. An enterprise wants to survive the competition and have a way out. As the first batch of chemical machinery manufacturing enterprises after the founding of New China, J company has passed the ISO-9001 quality system certification very early. In the early days after certification, the quality management of company J has changed a lot, which has greatly promoted the development of the enterprise. However, the quality system of company J has stopped for a long period of time. In operation gradually out of touch with the times, a lot of rules and regulations on quality management are also bound to form, product quality issues are also more and more serious constraints on the development of J Company. In view of this. First of all, the author has a detailed understanding and analysis of the existing three quality management system quality control methods of the relevant theory. Through a large number of related literature to understand the current domestic and foreign research on quality management theory. Through the research summary J pressure vessel manufacturing quality management has the following problems:. The initiative of enterprise quality management system is not strong. Quality system related documents are not well implemented; The assessment of quality responsibility did not play its due role; The distribution of talents in professional quality management system is unreasonable; The stability of product quality is poor, the rate of defective product developed in the early stage is high, when the batch is produced, the process time is long and the cost is high; Material management is not perfect. According to the above existing problems, in-depth analysis and research, based on the quality management theory as the basis of the corresponding quality system improvement scheme. Finally. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement program, combined with the current situation and strategic needs of J Company, this paper introduces the implementation steps of the improvement scheme. The paper also puts forward the supporting measures to improve the implementation of the scheme, which is mainly based on the IS09001:2000 quality system adopted by the company at present and combined with the modern quality management theory. Enterprise quality management measures and management system to gradually improve, in the whole company to achieve the quality of management and control, strengthen the improvement of the system process and strengthen the implementation of its system process, improve themselves. Finally, J company set up QC activity group, using six Sigma quality management theory to reduce quality cost and improve product quality. Improve the management level. To ensure the smooth implementation of the program, leaders at all levels need to give full play to the role of leadership and supervision, and senior leaders should also give strong support to the improvement of the management system. To establish an efficient quality management system training system; To create a lively and positive corporate culture; Strict implementation of quality responsibility assessment and other aspects of the relevant measures to improve the implementation of the program to ensure.
