【摘要】：運(yùn)用SE-DEA模型和Tobit模型對(duì)2009—2014年我國能源上市公司技術(shù)效率及其影響因素進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,我國能源上市公司的總體技術(shù)效率值比較低,長期償債能力、短期償債能力、盈利能力、營運(yùn)能力、上市年齡、員工激勵(lì)水平、員工教育程度、公司規(guī)模對(duì)其有顯著的正的影響;第一股東是國家或國有法人、高管薪酬有顯著的負(fù)影響;發(fā)展能力、獨(dú)立董事所占比例、無形資產(chǎn)、股權(quán)集中度的影響不顯著。據(jù)此,提出提高技術(shù)效率的建議。
[Abstract]:SE-DEA model and Tobit model are used to study the technical efficiency and its influencing factors of energy listed companies in China from 2009 to 2014. The results show that: 1. The overall technical efficiency of energy listed companies in China is relatively low, long-term solvency, short-term solvency, profitability, operating capacity, listing age, employee incentive level, employee education level. The size of the company has a significant positive impact on it; The first shareholder is the state or the state-owned legal person, the executive compensation has the remarkable negative influence; The influence of development ability, proportion of independent director, intangible assets and equity concentration is not significant. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve technical efficiency.
