【摘要】：隨著制造業(yè)進(jìn)入工業(yè)4.0時(shí)代,機(jī)器設(shè)備趨向于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)化,無(wú)人化和智能化,對(duì)設(shè)備管理的要求也相應(yīng)提高。備件管理,作為設(shè)備管理的一部分,已成為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)的重要保障之一。S公司設(shè)備備件庫(kù)存總量約占流動(dòng)資金的5%,已超過(guò)公司玻璃原材料的庫(kù)存總量。從備件庫(kù)存的周轉(zhuǎn)情況來(lái)看,54%的備件屬于呆滯庫(kù)存,所以降低S公司的備件庫(kù)存和提高其周轉(zhuǎn)率已刻不容緩。本文針對(duì)S公司備件庫(kù)存過(guò)高,周轉(zhuǎn)率低的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究。首先對(duì)S公司備件庫(kù)存進(jìn)行了分析和研究,提出了基于設(shè)備樹(shù)下的設(shè)備管理優(yōu)化方案和基于備件分類下的備件庫(kù)存管理優(yōu)化方案。第一方案是從備件的需求角度出發(fā),提出了基于設(shè)備樹(shù)下的備件分類,然后再根據(jù)備件的故障后果,故障特征等因素確立維護(hù)策略和設(shè)備維護(hù)優(yōu)化措施,以提高備件需求的規(guī)律性,延長(zhǎng)備件的使用壽命,從而降低對(duì)備件庫(kù)存的依賴性。第二方案則是從備件庫(kù)存管理角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用ABC結(jié)合VED分類法對(duì)備件進(jìn)行分類,然后基于指數(shù)平滑理論,正態(tài)分布預(yù)測(cè)法等來(lái)對(duì)備件需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),最后通過(guò)多庫(kù)存控制模型及庫(kù)存管理模式等優(yōu)化措施來(lái)進(jìn)一步縮少備件庫(kù)存規(guī)模。通過(guò)以上備件管理措施的研究,以期望對(duì)S公司的備件庫(kù)存降低有參考價(jià)值。本文第一章緒論;第二章介紹設(shè)備管理及備件管理;第三章討論S公司備件管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題;第四章討論S公司的設(shè)備管理優(yōu)化方案;第五章闡述S公司備件管理優(yōu)化方案;第六章結(jié)論與展望
[Abstract]:With the manufacturing industry entering the industry 4.0 era, machinery and equipment tend to be mobile and interconnected, dehumanized and intelligent, and the requirements for equipment management are raised accordingly. Spare parts management is a part of equipment management. It has become one of the important guarantee of the production and operation of enterprises. The total inventory of spare parts of S company accounts for about 5% of the working capital, which has exceeded the total inventory of the company's glass raw materials. The turnover of spare parts inventory is seen from the point of view of the turnover of spare parts inventory. The spare parts of 54% belongs to the stagnant inventory, so it is urgent to reduce the spare parts inventory and improve the turnover of spare parts in S Company. This paper aims at the high inventory of spare parts in S Company. The current situation of low turnover rate is studied. Firstly, the spare parts inventory of S Company is analyzed and studied. The optimization scheme of equipment management based on equipment tree and the optimization scheme of spare parts inventory management based on the classification of spare parts are put forward. The first scheme is to put forward the classification of spare parts based on equipment tree from the point of view of the requirements of spare parts. Then according to the fault consequences of spare parts, fault characteristics and other factors to establish maintenance strategy and equipment maintenance optimization measures, in order to improve the regularity of spare parts demand and prolong the service life of spare parts. In order to reduce the dependence on spare parts inventory. The second scheme is from the perspective of spare parts inventory management, using ABC and VED classification method to classify spare parts, and then based on exponential smoothing theory. Normal distribution forecasting method to forecast the demand for spare parts, and finally through the multi-inventory control model and inventory management model to further reduce the size of spare parts inventory. Through the study of the above spare parts management measures. In order to expect S company to reduce spare parts inventory has reference value. The second chapter introduces equipment management and spare parts management. The third chapter discusses the status quo and existing problems of spare parts management in S Company.
