【摘要】：基于博弈論,構(gòu)建了政府和冷鏈?zhǔn)称菲髽I(yè)之間的純戰(zhàn)略博弈模型和混合戰(zhàn)略博弈模型,并對(duì)博弈模型中的純戰(zhàn)略Nash均衡、占優(yōu)戰(zhàn)略Nash均衡和混合戰(zhàn)略Nash均衡進(jìn)行了分析,探討了兩者間的博弈關(guān)系以及不同情況下各自的最優(yōu)策略選擇,揭示了影響政府積極監(jiān)管或消極監(jiān)管、冷鏈?zhǔn)称菲髽I(yè)提供高質(zhì)量或低質(zhì)量食品的關(guān)鍵因素。通過(guò)本文分析,研究結(jié)果表明:政府積極監(jiān)管概率與冷鏈?zhǔn)称菲髽I(yè)提供高質(zhì)量冷鏈?zhǔn)称返某杀�、提供低質(zhì)量冷鏈?zhǔn)称返某杀尽⒗滏準(zhǔn)称匪帨囟群驼O(jiān)管部門(mén)對(duì)冷鏈?zhǔn)称菲髽I(yè)的懲罰力度有關(guān);冷鏈?zhǔn)称菲髽I(yè)提供高質(zhì)量冷鏈?zhǔn)称返母怕逝c政府監(jiān)管成本、對(duì)冷鏈?zhǔn)称菲髽I(yè)的懲罰力度和上級(jí)對(duì)政府監(jiān)管部門(mén)失職行為的懲罰力度有關(guān)。最后,提出了政府和冷鏈?zhǔn)称菲髽I(yè)共同提高食品質(zhì)量安全的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:Based on game theory, the pure strategic game model and mixed strategic game model between government and cold-chain food enterprises are constructed, and the pure strategic Nash equilibrium in the game model is analyzed. The dominant strategic Nash equilibrium and mixed strategic Nash equilibrium are analyzed, and the game relationship between them and the choice of optimal strategies under different conditions are discussed. It reveals the key factors that affect the government's active or negative supervision, and the cold-chain food enterprises provide high-quality or low-quality food. The results show that the government actively supervises the probability and the cost of providing high quality cold chain food and low quality cold chain food. The temperature of cold-chain food is related to the punishment of cold-chain food enterprises. The probability of providing high quality cold-chain food by cold-chain food enterprises is related to the cost of government supervision, the punishment of cold-chain food enterprises and the punishment of negligence on the part of higher authorities. Finally. The countermeasures and suggestions for improving food quality and safety by government and cold chain food enterprises are put forward.
