【摘要】:在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)疲軟、中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩的大背景下,小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)生了生存危機(jī),在廣東深圳東莞等地大批小企業(yè)倒閉,企業(yè)主紛紛破產(chǎn)或者跑路。如何生存下去度過(guò)寒冬成了小企業(yè)主們共同的話題,但無(wú)論如何改變都離不開(kāi)兩點(diǎn)那就是開(kāi)源和節(jié)流。表面貼裝生產(chǎn)工藝是電子產(chǎn)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),它的出現(xiàn)極大地提高了電子產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率,也降低了電子產(chǎn)品的成本,提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。表面貼裝生產(chǎn)流程是該工藝的具體體現(xiàn),所以對(duì)表面貼裝生產(chǎn)流程的評(píng)價(jià)和改進(jìn)的研究有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)操作意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。目前世界上多是評(píng)價(jià)大型制造業(yè)和公司的生產(chǎn)流程,評(píng)價(jià)小型表面貼裝企業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程方法很少,其通用的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也少,對(duì)于表面貼裝的小型企業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更少。本文針對(duì)ZC公司表面貼裝生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行了分析和研究,該公司是比較典型的、能代表了珠三角同類型的小型表面貼裝企業(yè)。通過(guò)采用SWOT的分析、流程重組的ECRS法、精益生產(chǎn)的價(jià)值流圖和線性規(guī)劃等研究方法,結(jié)合企業(yè)管理診斷方法,首先對(duì)每一生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行研究,篩選影響每一環(huán)節(jié)主要影響因素,再根據(jù)這些因素制定評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo),通過(guò)對(duì)指標(biāo)的達(dá)成情況來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)流程是否需要優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)。其次評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)過(guò)改進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)流程是否實(shí)際達(dá)到效果,最后總結(jié)有效的改進(jìn)措施并提出合理化建議。研究表明:(1)表面貼裝生產(chǎn)流程完全可以適用行業(yè)指標(biāo)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組成的評(píng)價(jià)體系來(lái)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),這樣的評(píng)價(jià)體系可以準(zhǔn)確地迅速地指出流程中存在的差距,并為改進(jìn)提供了目標(biāo)。(2)表面貼裝生產(chǎn)流程的改進(jìn),需要使用SWOT確定公司戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行,沒(méi)有這個(gè)基礎(chǔ)改進(jìn)就失去了方向,有了確定的戰(zhàn)略才可以制定出合理的年度計(jì)劃指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行。(3)在ZC公司表面貼裝流程中,生產(chǎn)前準(zhǔn)備、高速和異型貼片、熱回流焊、波峰焊接、手工焊接這幾個(gè)工序最為關(guān)鍵。針對(duì)這些瓶頸工序的改進(jìn)對(duì)整體流程的影響最大。(4)必須從每個(gè)工序的缺點(diǎn)入手,細(xì)致的分析是改進(jìn)和解決問(wèn)題的前提。(5)線性規(guī)劃的方法可在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方面發(fā)揮重要的作用,并提供了科學(xué)的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the world economic slowdown, the economic slowdown in the background of Chinese, Small and micro businesses have to survive the crisis, collapse in Guangdong Shenzhen Dongguan and other places a large number of small businesses, business owners have to go bankrupt or run away. How to survive through the winter into the small business owners are a common topic, but in any case the two cannot do without change is the open source and throttling. SMT production process is the basis of the electronic industry, it has greatly improved the production efficiency of electronic products, but also reduces the cost of electronic products, improve the quality of the products. The SMT production process is the embodiment of the process, so the research of evaluation and improvement of surface mount production the process has practical significance and application value. At present the world is the evaluation of a large manufacturing industry and the company's production process, the evaluation of small surface mount production process method is rarely The general evaluation criteria, too, for the evaluation of the production process of small and medium enterprises Surface Mount Standard less. This paper for ZC surface mount production process are analyzed and studied, the company is a typical, small surface can represent the same type of Pearl River Delta mount enterprise by using SWOT analysis. ECRS method, process reengineering, research methods of lean production value flow diagram and linear programming, combined with the management method of enterprise diagnosis, first to study every production process, selection of main factors affecting each link, and then develop the evaluation index according to these factors, to evaluate whether the process needs to be optimized and improved by the the index reached. Secondly evaluation improved the production process is the actual effect, finally summarizes the effective improvement measures and put forward reasonable suggestions. The research showed that: (1) surface mount production The process can completely applicable industry index standard evaluation system for evaluation, this evaluation system can accurately and quickly pointed out gaps in the process, and provide a target for improvement. (2) improved surface mount production process, need to use SWOT to determine the basis of the strategy, there is no basis for this the improvement has lost direction, have identified strategy to develop a reasonable annual planning production. (3) in ZC, surface mount process, production preparation, high speed and irregular patch, thermal reflow, wave soldering, manual welding is the key to the improvement effect for these several processes. The bottleneck on the whole process. (4) we must start from each process shortcomings, detailed analysis is a prerequisite to improve and solve the problems. (5) linear programming method in production planning plays a heavy The role of the need is provided with scientific basis.
