【摘要】:自2011年下半年以來(lái),受國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)放緩,能源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,在國(guó)際煤炭大量涌入中國(guó)及國(guó)內(nèi)煤炭產(chǎn)能快速釋放、國(guó)家治理環(huán)境污染的共同作用下,煤價(jià)大幅下滑,煤炭形勢(shì)急轉(zhuǎn)直下,煤炭“黃金十年”結(jié)束,時(shí)至今日,仍然沒(méi)有走出困境。DT煤電公司是一個(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)45年的老煤炭企業(yè),如今更是雪上加霜,企業(yè)舉步維艱。本文的研究針對(duì)DT煤電公司當(dāng)前的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略困境進(jìn)行分析,研究其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略困境的問(wèn)題,并提出今后的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方案。本文首先采用了PEST的分析工具對(duì)DT煤電公司的宏觀戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,其次采用了SWOT的分析工具對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境做出分析。并構(gòu)建了SWOT矩陣,根據(jù)公司的現(xiàn)狀傾向于ST戰(zhàn)略,即多種經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略和集中發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。這樣的戰(zhàn)略方針與公司目前所處的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略困境有著很大的關(guān)系,本文提出了五年戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和十年戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),其中以五年戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)為中心,提出了保障戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的對(duì)策和建議。本文的研究具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。采用了管理學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科的研究方法,研究?jī)?nèi)容極大的豐富了煤炭企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略方面的研究,具有重要的理論意義,同時(shí)本文的研究對(duì)于DT煤電公司解決當(dāng)前的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略困境有一定的指導(dǎo)作用,對(duì)有類似情況的煤炭企業(yè)也有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Since the second half of 2011, affected by the slowdown in domestic economic growth, the adjustment of energy structure, the influx of China in the international coal and domestic coal production capacity quick release, interaction between the state of environmental pollution, coal prices fell sharply, the coal situation of coal "gold a sudden turn for the worse, ten years ending today, still not out of the woods of.DT coal the company is a development and construction of the old coal enterprises for 45 years, now it is one disaster after another, enterprise is difficult. This research and analysis for the current DT coal company business development strategy dilemma, research the development strategy of the plight of the problems, and put forward the development strategy in the future. This paper uses the PEST analysis tool of macro strategy the environment of DT coal company is analyzed, followed by a SWOT analysis tools make the analysis of competition strategy environment. And construct the SWOT matrix, according to the public Our current situation tends to ST strategy, namely a variety of business strategy and focus strategy. The development strategy and strategic policy dilemma that the company has a great relationship, this paper puts forward five years strategic objectives and strategic goal of ten years, of which five years strategic objectives as the center, and put forward the guarantee to achieve strategic objectives the countermeasures and suggestions. It has important theoretical significance and practical significance of the research in this paper. The research adopts the methods of management science and economics and other disciplines, research content greatly enriches the research of the coal enterprise strategy, has important theoretical significance, the paper studies on the DT coal company to resolve the dilemma of the current development strategy is some guidance, to have some reference significance for coal enterprises in similar situations.
