【摘要】：作為企業(yè)財富的重要組成部分,設備不僅構成生產的基礎,而且是提高企業(yè)運營效益的根本條件,因而設備的管理水平直接影響其生產效率,并進而決定企業(yè)的經濟效益。由于種種原因,南車風電在設備管理工作上存在著諸多問題,其設備管理水平與國內同行相比存在著明顯的差距。因為設備管理既未能形成科學完善的制度,又未能實施有效的信息化操作,隨著近年來南車風電生產規(guī)模的不斷擴大,落后的設備管理對企業(yè)造成的負面影響越來越大。基于以上背景,本論文就如何提高南車風電的設備管理水平展開研究。調研發(fā)現,精益化生產是目前國外大型企業(yè)普遍施行的一種生產模式,用來進行設備管理將很有可能改善南車風電在此方面的缺陷。因此本論文首先詳細地闡述了精益化設備管理的理論,再深入地分析了南車風電在設備管理方面落后的成因和當今面臨的難題。在此基礎上,本論文將精益化設備管理的概念和方法具體地應用到南車風電的實際生產管理中,試圖建立面向設備全生命的優(yōu)化方法和評價體系,同時探討培養(yǎng)精益化設備管理人才的科學方法。隨后以加快設備管理的信息化為例,文章細致地討論了南車風電精益化設備管理的推行模式。初步實施該模式的效果證實了精益化設備管理對于提高南車風電設備管理水平的可行性。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the enterprise wealth, equipment not only constitute the basis of production, but also is the fundamental condition to improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise, and the management level of equipment directly affects the production efficiency, and then determine the economic efficiency of enterprises. Due to various reasons, south wind power there are many problems in equipment management, equipment management compared with domestic counterparts there are obvious gaps. Because the equipment management not only failed to form a scientific and perfect system, and to implement effective information operations, with the continuous expansion of the scale of the south wind power production in recent years, the negative impact of backward equipment management more and more caused by the enterprise. Based on the above background, this thesis study on how to improve the management level of the equipment of wind power. CSR research found that lean production is a kind of production mode is generally adopted by large foreign enterprises Type, used for equipment management will likely improve the defects of CSR of wind power in this respect. Therefore this thesis firstly elaborates the lean equipment management theory, and in-depth analysis of the problem of CSR of wind power in the equipment management of the causes behind and facing today. On this basis, this paper will lean the concept and methods of equipment management specifically applied to the actual production management of wind power in the south, trying to build for the equipment whole life optimization method and evaluation system, and explore the scientific method of cultivating talents of lean equipment management. Then in order to speed up the equipment management informationization as an example, this paper discusses the detailed implementation model of CSR wind power equipment lean management. The initial implementation of the model results confirmed the lean equipment management to improve the feasibility of south wind power equipment management level.
