【摘要】：崗位是組織的"細(xì)胞",是連接個(gè)體與組織的橋梁,是企業(yè)等組織類型的基本構(gòu)成。由于組織目的和機(jī)能的不同,崗位職責(zé)千差萬別,崗位與崗位之間存在著較大的內(nèi)容與功能的差別。其中,重要崗位、關(guān)鍵崗位、要害崗位和價(jià)值崗位等四類崗位有著相似的功能與內(nèi)涵,并有著比較廣泛的應(yīng)用,卻鮮有研究者辨析其差異與特征。本文嘗試對(duì)標(biāo)分析上述四類崗位的異同,提出本質(zhì)上可以在崗位風(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度和崗位價(jià)值的兩個(gè)維度坐標(biāo)體系中辨析四類崗位,并提出有針對(duì)性的管理對(duì)策與實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:The post is the "cell" of the organization, is the bridge connecting the individual and the organization, is the basic constitution of the organization type such as the enterprise. There are great differences in content and function between posts and posts. Among them, important posts, key posts, key posts and value posts have similar functions and connotations. And has a relatively wide range of applications, but few researchers differentiate its differences and characteristics. This paper tries to analyze the above four categories of the standard of the similarities and differences. It is put forward that four kinds of posts can be distinguished in the coordinate system of two dimensions of post risk degree and post value in essence, and the corresponding management countermeasures and implementation suggestions are also put forward.
