【摘要】：正忠旺美國(guó)公司(Zhongwang USA LLC)2016年8月29日宣布,已就收購(gòu)美國(guó)愛勵(lì)鋁業(yè)公司(Aleris)達(dá)成協(xié)議,收購(gòu)金額23.3億美元,其中包括11.1億美元現(xiàn)金的股權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓及12.2億美元的凈債負(fù)。這是中國(guó)鋁工業(yè)首次收購(gòu)國(guó)際上較大的知名鋁加工企業(yè),收購(gòu)后愛勵(lì)鋁業(yè)公司的名稱不變,人員不動(dòng),仍照常進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)商業(yè)活動(dòng)。愛勵(lì)鋁業(yè)公司的總部在美國(guó)俄亥俄州克里夫蘭市,高端航空級(jí)板帶材是其主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品,生產(chǎn)工廠位于美國(guó)肯塔基州劉易斯波特市、德國(guó)的科布倫茨市、比利時(shí)的杜菲爾市、中國(guó)的鎮(zhèn)江市,總生產(chǎn)能力約400 kt/a,現(xiàn)正
[Abstract]:Chung Chung Wang USA LLC, an American company, announced on August 29th 2016 that it had reached an agreement on the acquisition of Aleris. The $2.33 billion acquisition includes $1.11 billion in cash equity transfers and $1.22 billion in net debt. This is the first time that China's aluminium industry has acquired a larger international aluminum processing company. After the acquisition, Alley Aluminium, whose headquarters are in Cleveland, Ohio, continues to carry out business activities without any change in name and personnel.
