【摘要】：中國鐵路走向國際市場是現(xiàn)實之需,我國鐵路設(shè)計咨詢企業(yè)具備向國際化發(fā)展的條件。論述我國鐵路設(shè)計咨詢企業(yè)"走出去"的優(yōu)勢和條件;分析鐵路設(shè)計咨詢企業(yè)"走出去"存在的阻力;提出鐵路設(shè)計咨詢企業(yè)"走出去"應(yīng)選擇的適宜方案;從整體模式選擇、項目開發(fā)管理、項目生產(chǎn)管理、項目技術(shù)管理、項目組織管理、屬地發(fā)展模式、人才隊伍建設(shè)和國際型企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面進行闡述和分析。
[Abstract]:It is necessary for Chinese railway to go to the international market, and the railway design consulting enterprises of our country have the conditions to develop to the internationalization. This paper discusses the advantages and conditions of the railway design consulting enterprises of our country "going out"; The resistance of "going out" in railway design consulting enterprises is analyzed. The suitable scheme for railway design consulting enterprises to "go out" is put forward. From the aspects of overall mode selection, project development management, project production management, project technology management, project organization management, dependency development model, talent team construction and international enterprise culture construction, this paper expounds and analyzes.
