【摘要】：能源問題是關(guān)乎我國實施節(jié)能降耗戰(zhàn)略部署中的關(guān)鍵問題,能源發(fā)展問題同時也是滿足經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的需求以及減輕環(huán)境污染壓力的重要議題,因此節(jié)約能源成為我國未來可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然之路和重要保障。而我國造紙企業(yè)能源消耗問題以及污染狀況在國家有關(guān)戰(zhàn)略部署的背景下雖然有所緩解但是仍比較嚴重,而且單單地降低能源消耗量并不能算作真正的節(jié)能,要想從實質(zhì)上節(jié)能降耗還需要講求單位產(chǎn)值下的能源消耗問題,造紙行業(yè)屬于能源消耗大戶和環(huán)境污染重點監(jiān)測的行業(yè),并且山東省作為全國范圍內(nèi)的造紙大省有必要從這一角度來深入探究其近幾年的變化趨勢,因此選取山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)能效這一研究視角作為本文的研究主題,以期為山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)提高能源效率提供堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)和有效的實施路徑。本文相繼回答了三個主要問題,分別是山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)的能源消耗情況如何?什么是能源效率以及如何來測度山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)的能源效率?能夠影響山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵影響因素有哪些?圍繞著這三個重要問題,本文大體分為六個部分,第一部分對本議題相關(guān)的研究背景、目的意義以及國內(nèi)外有關(guān)能源效率的研究現(xiàn)狀做了簡要的分析;第二部分對能源效率的概念進行了界定并對有關(guān)能源消耗的基礎(chǔ)理論進行了系統(tǒng)研究;第三部分運用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)對山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)目前在全國造紙行業(yè)的發(fā)展地位進行了初步的統(tǒng)計分析,并就現(xiàn)存的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r指出存在的問題;第四部分描述山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)的能源耗費情況,并就不同的工藝方法下的能源消耗水平進行了研究分析;第五部分則研究了山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)能源效率水平及變動趨勢,并就其中的一種能源效率回彈現(xiàn)象做出了理論解釋,并就此變動趨勢進行了關(guān)鍵影響因素的分解,第六部分則就其中影響山東制漿造紙工業(yè)企業(yè)能源效率的關(guān)鍵因素中的幾點為其提供了一些建議及對策以供參考。
[Abstract]:Energy is a key issue in the implementation of energy conservation and consumption reduction strategy in China. Energy development is also an important issue to meet the needs of economic and social development and to alleviate the pressure of environmental pollution. Therefore, energy conservation has become an inevitable way and an important guarantee for the sustainable development of our country in the future. However, the problem of energy consumption and pollution in China's papermaking enterprises has been alleviated in the context of the relevant national strategic arrangements, but it is still better than that of other countries. More serious. And reducing energy consumption alone can not be considered as real energy saving. In order to reduce energy consumption in essence, we need to focus on energy consumption per unit of output value. Paper industry belongs to the industry of energy consumption and environmental pollution monitoring, and Shandong Province, as a large province of paper making in the whole country, needs to explore its changing trend in recent years from this point of view. So choose Shandong pulping and paper industry enterprise energy efficiency as the research topic of this paper. In order to improve the energy efficiency of Shandong pulp and paper industry enterprises to provide a solid theoretical basis and effective implementation path. This paper has answered three main questions. What is the energy consumption of Shandong pulping and papermaking industry? What is energy efficiency and how to measure the energy efficiency of Shandong pulp and paper industry? What are the key factors that can affect Shandong pulping and papermaking industry enterprises? Around these three important issues, this paper is divided into six parts. The first part makes a brief analysis of the research background, purpose and significance of this topic, as well as the current situation of energy efficiency research at home and abroad; In the second part, the concept of energy efficiency is defined and the basic theory of energy consumption is systematically studied. The third part uses the statistical data to carry on the preliminary statistical analysis to the Shandong pulping and papermaking industry enterprise's development status at present in the whole country, and points out the existing problems on the existing development condition; Part 4th describes the situation of energy consumption in Shandong pulping and papermaking industry enterprises, and analyzes the energy consumption level under different process methods. In the 5th part, the energy efficiency level and change trend of Shandong pulping and papermaking industry enterprises are studied, and a theoretical explanation is made on one of the energy efficiency rebound phenomena. In the 6th part, some suggestions and countermeasures on the key factors affecting the energy efficiency of Shandong pulping and papermaking enterprises are provided for reference.
