【摘要】：從能耗、排污、治理和發(fā)展四個方面提出了我國工業(yè)行業(yè)生態(tài)經濟效益評估體系的理論框架,并對經濟規(guī)模、對外開放、技術進步、環(huán)境規(guī)制、人力資本、人口密度和社會監(jiān)督等影響我國工業(yè)生態(tài)經濟建設能力的因素進行了理論剖析。提升我國工業(yè)生態(tài)經濟能力,應從加強生態(tài)經濟制度建設、提高對外商的"環(huán)境準入"門檻、調整科技發(fā)展政策和研究方向、推動工業(yè)產業(yè)結構的生態(tài)化調整與升級、發(fā)展環(huán)保教育事業(yè)、加強社會監(jiān)督機制等方面著手。
[Abstract]:From the energy consumption, pollution, puts forward the theoretical framework of China's ecological and economic benefits of industry evaluation system of four aspects of governance and development, and the economic scale, opening, technological progress, environmental regulation, human capital, a theoretical analysis of the population density and the social supervision and other factors affecting China's industrial capacity of state economic construction enhance industrial ecological economy ability in our country, we should strengthen the construction of ecological economic system, improve the foreign "environment access" threshold, adjust the direction of the development of science and technology policy and research, promote ecological adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, the development of environmental education, strengthen the social supervision mechanism and so on.
