【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國(guó)對(duì)內(nèi)改革和對(duì)外開放都面臨著新的突破,隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾和新一輪的產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩已形成了新的壓力。習(xí)近平主席提出“一路一帶”的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,明確了對(duì)外開放的新路徑,同時(shí)將成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。因此這些因素對(duì)中國(guó)的鋁工業(yè)發(fā)展、改造、升級(jí)奠定了基礎(chǔ)指引了方向。豫聯(lián)集團(tuán)是一家煤電鋁產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化的大型外資企業(yè),該公司通過(guò)近三十年的發(fā)展建設(shè),在中國(guó)鋁工業(yè)占據(jù)了一定的位置。隨著近些年的發(fā)展,該公司面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題,因此需要制定一個(gè)新的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文對(duì)豫聯(lián)集團(tuán)所面臨的外部環(huán)境和自身的經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)行了分析,得出了該公司的發(fā)展的機(jī)遇“一帶一路啟動(dòng)在即,鋁加工迎商機(jī)”和面臨挑戰(zhàn)“市場(chǎng)飽和和鋁價(jià)持續(xù)走低”。對(duì)于企業(yè)自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)分析“成本技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)和區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟優(yōu)勢(shì)”劣勢(shì)分析“電力缺口大,成為發(fā)展的瓶頸和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化過(guò)大切附加值低”得出該公司目前處于優(yōu)勢(shì)大與劣勢(shì),機(jī)遇大于威脅,在這種情況下,該公司應(yīng)選擇擴(kuò)張性的開拓進(jìn)取型戰(zhàn)略,并提出“一體化全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈戰(zhàn)略”。為實(shí)施該戰(zhàn)略提出了一是將現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品線部分進(jìn)行改造升級(jí),將產(chǎn)品鋁錠升級(jí)為高純度鋁。二是向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上游要利潤(rùn),增加建設(shè)自己產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈欠缺的電力板塊,和煤炭產(chǎn)量。三是向下游延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,將鋁液直接加工成成品鋁板鋁箔,減少產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)節(jié),增強(qiáng)該公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等幾個(gè)方面的發(fā)展建議,并對(duì)豫聯(lián)集團(tuán)發(fā)展提出了具體可行的解決方案,對(duì)鋁工業(yè)企業(yè)的生存和產(chǎn)發(fā)展具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)意義,特別是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的加工制造業(yè)的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)具有積極的借鑒和參考作用。愿實(shí)施一體化全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈戰(zhàn)略,該集團(tuán)能夠在未來(lái)成為鋁行業(yè)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型的樣板企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese of reform and opening-up is facing a new breakthrough, with the rapid development of China economy, structural contradictions and a new round of overcapacity has formed a new pressure. Yu group is an aluminum coal industry integration of large-scale foreign-funded enterprises, the company through the development of nearly thirty years of construction, occupy a certain position in the China aluminum industry. With the development in recent years. The company is facing the adjustment of industrial structure and transformation, therefore need to develop a new long-term development strategy. This article faces of Yu group of the external environment and the internal management is analyzed, The development of the company's opportunities "The Belt and Road start soon, aluminum processing greet opportunities and face the challenges of" the market is saturated and aluminum prices continued to decline. "For their own analysis of the advantages of cost advantages and regional advantages of strategic alliances" analysis "power gap, become the bottleneck of existing products and homogeneous development a large cut low added value" that the company is currently in the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities outweigh the threat, in this case, the company should choose the pioneering strategy of expansion, and put forward the "integration of the whole industry chain strategy". For the implementation of the strategy proposed is to upgrade the existing product line part retrofit of products will be upgraded to high purity aluminum ingots. The two is the upstream industry chain to increase profits, the power sector to build their own industrial chain lack, and coal production. The three is to extend the industrial chain to the downstream, will The aluminum liquid directly into finished products of aluminum foil, reduce industrial links, enhance the competitiveness of the company development suggestions on several aspects, and the development of Yu group put forward specific solutions feasible and has certain theoretical significance for the aluminum industry enterprise's survival and development of production, especially the traditional manufacturing industry transformation the enterprise has a positive reference to the implementation of the strategy of upgrading. The integration of the whole industry chain, the group in the future will become the transformation and development of the aluminum industry business model.
