【摘要】:當前,中國對內改革和對外開放都面臨著新的突破,隨著中國經濟的高速發(fā)展,結構性矛盾和新一輪的產能過剩已形成了新的壓力。習近平主席提出“一路一帶”的戰(zhàn)略構想,明確了對外開放的新路徑,同時將成為中國經濟新的增長點。因此這些因素對中國的鋁工業(yè)發(fā)展、改造、升級奠定了基礎指引了方向。豫聯(lián)集團是一家煤電鋁產業(yè)一體化的大型外資企業(yè),該公司通過近三十年的發(fā)展建設,在中國鋁工業(yè)占據(jù)了一定的位置。隨著近些年的發(fā)展,該公司面臨著產業(yè)結構的調整和轉型問題,因此需要制定一個新的長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文對豫聯(lián)集團所面臨的外部環(huán)境和自身的經營進行了分析,得出了該公司的發(fā)展的機遇“一帶一路啟動在即,鋁加工迎商機”和面臨挑戰(zhàn)“市場飽和和鋁價持續(xù)走低”。對于企業(yè)自身的優(yōu)勢分析“成本技術優(yōu)勢和區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟優(yōu)勢”劣勢分析“電力缺口大,成為發(fā)展的瓶頸和現(xiàn)有產品同質化過大切附加值低”得出該公司目前處于優(yōu)勢大與劣勢,機遇大于威脅,在這種情況下,該公司應選擇擴張性的開拓進取型戰(zhàn)略,并提出“一體化全產業(yè)鏈戰(zhàn)略”。為實施該戰(zhàn)略提出了一是將現(xiàn)有產品線部分進行改造升級,將產品鋁錠升級為高純度鋁。二是向產業(yè)鏈上游要利潤,增加建設自己產業(yè)鏈欠缺的電力板塊,和煤炭產量。三是向下游延伸產業(yè)鏈,將鋁液直接加工成成品鋁板鋁箔,減少產業(yè)環(huán)節(jié),增強該公司的競爭力等幾個方面的發(fā)展建議,并對豫聯(lián)集團發(fā)展提出了具體可行的解決方案,對鋁工業(yè)企業(yè)的生存和產發(fā)展具有一定的理論指導意義,特別是對傳統(tǒng)的加工制造業(yè)的企業(yè)轉型升級具有積極的借鑒和參考作用。愿實施一體化全產業(yè)鏈戰(zhàn)略,該集團能夠在未來成為鋁行業(yè)發(fā)展轉型的樣板企業(yè)。

This article faces of Yu group of the external environment and the internal management is analyzed, The development of the company's opportunities "The Belt and Road start soon, aluminum processing greet opportunities and face the challenges of" the market is saturated and aluminum prices continued to decline. "For their own analysis of the advantages of cost advantages and regional advantages of strategic alliances" analysis "power gap, become the bottleneck of existing products and homogeneous development a large cut low added value" that the company is currently in the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities outweigh the threat, in this case, the company should choose the pioneering strategy of expansion, and put forward the "integration of the whole industry chain strategy".
