【摘要】:在總結(jié)前人對(duì)組織間信任問題研究的不足的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組織間信任進(jìn)行了分析,重點(diǎn)研究了工程項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)中各個(gè)施工單位組織間信任的演化過程;趯(duì)工程項(xiàng)目以及團(tuán)隊(duì)的固有特征的分析,在文章中將工程項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組織間信任關(guān)系的發(fā)展過程分為快速信任以及傳統(tǒng)信任兩個(gè)階段,以及預(yù)設(shè)、認(rèn)知、情感和穩(wěn)定四種信任形態(tài)。工程項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組織間信任關(guān)系的建立主要受到了自然社會(huì)環(huán)境、項(xiàng)目周期、企業(yè)聲譽(yù)、專業(yè)能力、企業(yè)文化和價(jià)值觀、交往經(jīng)歷、企業(yè)間交流溝通這7個(gè)因素影響,擁有階段性、臨時(shí)性、不穩(wěn)定性以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性這4個(gè)特點(diǎn)。以博弈中各個(gè)參與方的有限理性為前提,結(jié)合演化博弈的相關(guān)知識(shí),研究工程項(xiàng)目各個(gè)施工單位之間信任關(guān)系建立和發(fā)展過程,構(gòu)建了對(duì)稱條件下和非對(duì)稱條件下兩種組織間信任演化博弈模型,并對(duì)兩種條件下組織間信任的演化路徑和穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了梳理。同時(shí)結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)LX高鐵工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的具體案例,運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)分析軟件進(jìn)行仿真分析,印證了相關(guān)結(jié)論。最后,本文提出了五點(diǎn)可以促進(jìn)工程項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組織間信任關(guān)系快速建立的策略建議,即加強(qiáng)組織文化宣傳,增強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目各參與方對(duì)組織使命、價(jià)值觀的認(rèn)同感;建立完善的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警機(jī)制;整合項(xiàng)目資源,建立公開、透明的信息資源共享平臺(tái);建立合理的項(xiàng)目參與方績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系,獎(jiǎng)罰分明和與信譽(yù)高的企業(yè)簽訂長(zhǎng)期合作合同,建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:At the conclusion of the previous research on Inter Organizational Trust on the basis of defect of the engineering project team Inter Organizational Trust are analyzed, focusing on the organization of each construction project team trust evolution. The analysis of project team and the solid characteristic in the development process based on trust relationship in this article the project team organization divided into fast trust and traditional trust in two stages, as well as presupposition, cognitive, and emotional stability of four kinds of forms of trust. Establish a trust relationship between project team organization is mainly affected by the natural and social environment, the project cycle, corporate reputation, professional ability, corporate culture and values, experience. Enterprise communication between these 7 factors, with stage, temporary, the 4 characteristics of instability and risk. The limited rational party each participating in the game As the premise, combined with related knowledge of evolutionary game theory, establish a trust relationship between research projects of various construction units and the development process, and constructs two kinds of organization under the condition of symmetric and asymmetric conditions of trust between evolutionary game model and the evolution path of stability and trust in the organization under the two conditions between the comb. Combined with the the specific case of domestic LX high-speed railway construction project, by using mathematical analysis software for simulation analysis, confirms the conclusion. Finally, this paper put forward five recommendations to promote the rapid can establish a trust relationship between project team organization, strengthen the organization culture propaganda, enhance the mission of project participants on organizational values identity; to establish and perfect the risk evaluation system and risk warning mechanism; integration of project resources, the establishment of an open and transparent platform for the sharing of information resources; establish a reasonable The project participants of the performance evaluation system, signed long-term cooperation contract and reward the high reputation of the enterprise, to establish a strategic partnership.
