【摘要】:自上世紀(jì)90年代以來,我國(guó)制造業(yè)得到了迅速的發(fā)展,由跨國(guó)公司主導(dǎo)的產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際化轉(zhuǎn)移推動(dòng)著產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的深化及資源的全球配置。而我國(guó)制造業(yè)在全球化的過程中憑借人口紅利在全球價(jià)值鏈中取得了一席之地,但是這種高投入低產(chǎn)出的粗放式發(fā)展模式對(duì)資源和環(huán)境造成了巨大的壓力,加上自身技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的不足,使得我國(guó)制造業(yè)面臨著尷尬的境地。面對(duì)日益嚴(yán)峻的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境,我國(guó)制造業(yè)急需進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,提高自身產(chǎn)品的附加值,構(gòu)建企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)作為一種高級(jí)生產(chǎn)要素,通過產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)作用能夠提高制造業(yè)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品附加值和生產(chǎn)效率,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)制造業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整優(yōu)化,制造業(yè)的發(fā)展又會(huì)進(jìn)一步增加對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的需求。因此,研究知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用的大小,有利于協(xié)調(diào)兩者的發(fā)展關(guān)系。更好的促進(jìn)二者的發(fā)展。本文主要從以下三個(gè)方面來研究知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)升級(jí)的促進(jìn)作用大小的。首先,詳細(xì)闡述了制造業(yè)升級(jí)的影響因素以及知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)發(fā)揮作用的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,介紹了我國(guó)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)和制造業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平較低,但是其中間需求率非常高,與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)性比較大;制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)層次低下,自主創(chuàng)新能力較弱。其次,為了進(jìn)一步說明知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)作為重要的中間投入對(duì)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用,用兩種方法進(jìn)行了分析,第一,運(yùn)用投入產(chǎn)出分析方法分析了知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)及其細(xì)分行業(yè)中間投入的流向,發(fā)現(xiàn)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)中有較大比例被制造業(yè)消耗;通過直接消耗系數(shù)和完全消耗系數(shù)分析了制造業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的消耗情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用較小。第二,通過計(jì)量模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用,研究結(jié)果得出知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)制造業(yè)有一定的促進(jìn)作用,促進(jìn)作用較強(qiáng)。兩種方法進(jìn)行分析使得實(shí)證分析更加完整,分析結(jié)果更有說服力。最后,在前文研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)促進(jìn)制造業(yè)發(fā)展從三個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the last century since 90s, China's manufacturing industry has been rapid development, led by multinational companies to promote and deepen the international industrial transfer industrial division of the global allocation of resources. While China's manufacturing industry with the demographic dividend in the process of globalization has a space for one person in the global value chain, but this high investment extensive low output model of development has caused tremendous pressure on resources and the environment, coupled with their own technological innovation capability, the manufacturing industry of our country is facing an embarrassing situation. In the face of increasingly severe international and domestic environment, China's manufacturing industry is in urgent need of structural adjustment, improve the added value of their products, to build enterprise core competitive advantage. Knowledge intensive service industry as an advanced production factor, through the industry association to improve manufacturing value-added products and production efficiency, and promote the Structural adjustment and optimization of manufacturing enterprise, the development of manufacturing industry will further increase the knowledge intensive service industry needs. Therefore, to promote the role of knowledge intensive service industry for manufacturing the size of the development. It will coordinate their development. To better promote the two. This paper mainly from the following three to study the knowledge intensive service industry to upgrade the manufacturing industry to promote the role of the size of influence. First, elaborated the upgrade of manufacturing factors and the internal mechanism of knowledge intensive service industry play a role in the manufacturing industry, introduces the status quo of the development of knowledge intensive service industry and the manufacturing industry, the knowledge discovered in China intensive service industry development level is low, but the intermediate demand rate is very high, relations with other industries is relatively large; the structure of the manufacturing industry level is low, the ability of independent innovation is weak. Secondly, in order to To further illustrate the knowledge intensive service industry as an important intermediate input to the development of manufacturing role, with two kinds of methods are analyzed, first, using the input-output analysis method to analyze the knowledge intensive service industry and its sub industries intermediate input to find knowledge intensive services in a large proportion consumed by manufacturing; through direct consumption coefficient and the total consumption coefficient of the development of the manufacturing industry to the consumption of knowledge intensive service industry, found less effect of knowledge intensive service industry of manufacturing industry. Second, through the econometric model of the promoting effects of the knowledge intensive service industry of manufacturing industry, the results of this study knowledge intensive services have a certain role in promoting the manufacturing industry, promote strong. Two methods of analysis makes empirical analysis more complete analysis. The fruit is more convincing. Finally, based on the previous research and analysis, we put forward corresponding policy recommendations for China's knowledge intensive service industry to promote the development of manufacturing industry from three aspects.
