【摘要】：正1一套表背景下縣局規(guī)上工業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)存在的問題(1)工作角色亟需改變。一套表實(shí)施前,縣區(qū)工業(yè)專業(yè)人員需要花費(fèi)大量時(shí)間來(lái)催表、收表、錄表和審表,一套表實(shí)施后,專業(yè)人員已將主要精力放在催表和匯總下,而這兩項(xiàng)工作占據(jù)的時(shí)間和之前比大大縮減了,且在一套表上,統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的匯總指標(biāo)較之前更加豐富,匯總方式更加多樣、快捷,這給縣區(qū)專業(yè)人員在統(tǒng)計(jì)分析上騰出了更多的時(shí)間,提供了更多的分析角度和方式。當(dāng)前,一些縣區(qū)專業(yè)人員的統(tǒng)計(jì)思維還仍然停留在傳統(tǒng)的模式上,認(rèn)為將統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)上報(bào)匯總完便大功告成,沒有將有限而寶貴的時(shí)間用在統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析上。(2)統(tǒng)計(jì)分工亟需厘清。當(dāng)期,一套表平臺(tái)報(bào)表種類較多,以規(guī)上工業(yè)最為突出,以2015年年報(bào)看,工業(yè)專業(yè)僅四張表,通表卻多達(dá)7張,
[Abstract]:Under the background of a set of tables, it is urgent to change the role of the county bureau in industrial statistics. Before the implementation of a set of tables, the county industrial professionals need to spend a lot of time to rush, receive, record and review the tables. As a result of the implementation of a set of tables, Professional staff have focused on reminders and aggregations, both of which have been significantly reduced in time and on one set of tables. The summary index of statistical data is more abundant than before, the summary method is more diverse and quick, which makes more time for the county professionals in the statistical analysis, and provides more analysis angle and way. The statistical thinking of some county and district professionals is still stuck in the traditional mode, that the statistical data reported and summarized will be accomplished. No limited and precious time is spent on the analysis of statistical data. (2) the division of labor in statistics needs to be clarified. In the current period, there are many kinds of report forms on a set of tabular platforms, with the most prominent form of industry, as seen in the annual report of 2015. There are only four tables for industrial majors, but as many as seven for general tables.
