【摘要】：目的:為福建省制藥企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供參考。方法:結(jié)合福州、廈門(mén)、漳州、泉州、南平等地區(qū)制藥企業(yè)的調(diào)研資料,概括福建省制藥企業(yè)的整體發(fā)展情況和了解制約其發(fā)展的主要因素,并提出促進(jìn)其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的措施。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:福建省制藥企業(yè)的整體發(fā)展情況不容樂(lè)觀,主要體現(xiàn)在醫(yī)藥政策落實(shí)不到位、企業(yè)配套服務(wù)設(shè)施不完善、人才引進(jìn)機(jī)制不健全、地產(chǎn)藥品銷(xiāo)售因集中招標(biāo)采購(gòu)政策受到影響等方面;同時(shí),企業(yè)規(guī)模偏小和利潤(rùn)偏低、自主研發(fā)資金投入較少、藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)人員偏少、企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)能力偏弱,阻礙了其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。建議進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化主管機(jī)構(gòu)職能,優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境,完善配套服務(wù)體系和人才引進(jìn)與培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,優(yōu)選創(chuàng)新模式等,以促進(jìn)制藥企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the further development of pharmaceutical enterprises in Fujian province. Methods: combined with the research data of pharmaceutical enterprises in Fuzhou, Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou and Nanping, the overall development of Fujian pharmaceutical enterprises and the main factors restricting their development were summarized, and measures for further development were put forward. Results and conclusion: the overall development of pharmaceutical enterprises in Fujian is not optimistic, mainly reflected in the policy implementation is not in place, the pharmaceutical enterprises supporting service facilities are not perfect, the talent introduction mechanism is not perfect, the real estate sales for drug centralized bidding and purchasing policies affected; at the same time, small scale and low profits, independent research and development funds less, the pharmacy staff is less, the enterprise marketing ability is weak, hindering its further development. It is suggested that we should further strengthen the functions of the competent authorities, optimize the investment environment, improve the supporting service system and talent introduction and training mechanism, and optimize the innovation mode, so as to promote the further development of pharmaceutical enterprises.
