間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞來源外泌體治療中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的研究進(jìn)展

由于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性及血腦屏障的存在,中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的治療一直是研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)。近年來關(guān)于間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞來源外泌體(MSCs-EVS)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),MSCs-EVS是潛在的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病治療藥物,同時(shí),因其具有良好的生物相容性及通過血腦屏障的能力,MSCs-EVS還可作為中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病治療藥物的天然載體。筆者現(xiàn)圍繞MSCs-EVS在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病治療中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及其作用機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,并展望MSCs-EVS作為一種全新治療方式在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中的應(yīng)用前景。
