濕法酸浸鋅渣硫酸熟化-富氧氯化浸出提取鉛、銀的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究(英文)

  常規(guī)濕法煉鋅過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的酸浸渣,該殘?jiān)写罅扛鞣N有價(jià)值的金屬。本研究的目的是評(píng)估使用硫酸熟化、水浸和氯化浸出(吹氧技術(shù))回收鉛和銀的能力,接著通過冷卻結(jié)晶并用鉛片置換出銀,實(shí)現(xiàn)酸浸鋅渣中所有有價(jià)金屬的全面回收,該工藝取得了良好的效果。條件實(shí)驗(yàn)研究得出最佳工藝條件如下:硫酸用量為原樣質(zhì)量的70%,焙燒溫度300°C,焙燒時(shí)間2 h,焙燒渣按液固比5 1室溫水浸1h,此時(shí)鋅、鐵的浸出率最高(鋅:98.69%,鐵:92.36%)。氯化浸出系統(tǒng)主要參數(shù)如下:Cl-濃度300 g/L,Fe3+濃度25 g/L,酸濃度2 mol/L,液固比9 m L 1 g,溫度90°C,浸出時(shí)間0.5 h,該條件下鉛和銀浸出率分別高達(dá)98.87%和96.74%;最后,對(duì)在富氧介質(zhì)下使用Cl-浸出銀進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)浸出過程受內(nèi)擴(kuò)散控制,活化能為19.82 k J/mol。
