【摘要】：正清朝定都北京之初,在內(nèi)城"分列八旗.拱衛(wèi)皇居",將除滿族以外的其他民族一律驅(qū)趕至外城.井嚴(yán)令內(nèi)城不準(zhǔn)設(shè)戲院。這促使前門一帶商鋪、飯館、戲院乃至妓院迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)。到康熙、乾隆年間,這里已是店鋪如林.一片繁榮。清《都門雜詠》記述"五色迷離眼欲盲.萬(wàn)方貨物列縱橫,舉頭天不分晴晦.路窄人皆接踵行"。善于經(jīng)商的回回民族.從中尋覓到商機(jī).一些清真老字號(hào)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。"月盛齋"和"一條龍羊肉館"是其代表。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of Beijing, the capital of the Qing Dynasty, the inner city "divided the eight banners and the imperial residence of the Gongwei", driving all other nationalities except the Manchu people to the outer city. Jing strictly prohibited the opening of theatres in the inner city. This prompted shops and restaurants around the front door. Theatres and even brothels developed rapidly. By the time of Kangxi and Qianlong, this place had become a forest of shops. It was a prosperous place. The Qing Dynasty, the Ching Dynasty, wrote, "five colors are blind. "the Hui nationality who is good at doing business. Looking for business opportunities. Some old halal brands came into being." "Moon Sheng Zhai" and "one Dragon mutton House" are its representatives.
