日糧中葉酸對(duì)團(tuán)頭魴生長(zhǎng)以及急性高溫應(yīng)激下生理生化反應(yīng)的影響

本試驗(yàn)研究了日糧中的葉酸對(duì)團(tuán)頭魴(Megalobramaamblycephala)生長(zhǎng)、生理生化以及急性高溫應(yīng)激下生理生化的影響。團(tuán)頭魴初體重27.0±0.03g,試驗(yàn)配置6組半純合日糧,分別含葉酸0.0、0.5、1.0、2.0、5.0和10.0mg/kg飼料,養(yǎng)殖試驗(yàn)在循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行,周期為10周,每組飼料3個(gè)平行。研究結(jié)果顯示,飼喂1.0、2.0和5.0 mg/kg葉酸組團(tuán)頭魴的終末重、增重率和特定生長(zhǎng)率顯著高于其他兩組(P<0.05)。另外,1.0mg/kg組的顯著影響團(tuán)頭魴的餌料系數(shù)和肥滿度。飼喂1.0mg/kg和2.0mg/kg葉酸組的團(tuán)頭魴的肝體比和臟體比顯著增加。葉酸對(duì)團(tuán)頭魴肌肉水分、(?)分和粗脂肪含量影響不顯著(P>0.05)。但是顯著影響肌肉粗蛋白含量,1.0mg/kg和2.0mg/kg葉酸組的團(tuán)頭魴的肌肉粗蛋白含量顯著高于對(duì)照組和0.5mg/kg葉酸組(P<0.05),但與其他各組差異不顯著。根據(jù)增重率、特定生長(zhǎng)率和肝體比,團(tuán)頭魴日糧中最適葉酸含量分別為0.68mg/kg、0.68mg/kg和0.82mg/kg。日糧中的葉酸含量對(duì)團(tuán)頭魴血液中的...
