水稻重要農(nóng)藝性狀調(diào)控基因及其育種利用研究進(jìn)展

水稻是我國三大主要糧食作物之一,也是保證我國口糧絕對安全的必保品種之一,具有極高的生產(chǎn)價(jià)值。隨著分子標(biāo)記、轉(zhuǎn)基因等技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的科研工作者將研究方向聚焦到水稻高產(chǎn)、高抗、營養(yǎng)高效等優(yōu)異農(nóng)藝性狀基因的克隆和功能鑒定上來,并在此基礎(chǔ)上利用分子育種技術(shù)對目標(biāo)性狀進(jìn)行定向改良,以獲得綜合性狀優(yōu)良的水稻品種。相對于傳統(tǒng)雜交育種技術(shù),分子育種技術(shù)在水稻中的應(yīng)用可以打破物種間的生殖隔離,縮短育種時(shí)間,使水稻性狀的改良更加精準(zhǔn)、多樣化。綜述了水稻營養(yǎng)高效利用、激素、生物脅迫、非生物脅迫、產(chǎn)量與品質(zhì)等調(diào)控基因的最新研究進(jìn)展,并對未來水稻研究發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望,旨在為我國水稻研究提供有益參考。
