水稻幼苗活力主效QTL qSSL1b和稻米品質(zhì)主效QTL qGC10的精細(xì)定位

水稻是一類重要的禾谷類作物,世界上一半以上的人口以水稻為食。隨著水稻直播技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,幼苗活力成為一種重要的農(nóng)藝性狀。人民生活水平的提高,也使得稻米消費(fèi)者對稻米品質(zhì)的要求越來越高。為了研究幼苗活力和稻米蒸煮食味品質(zhì)的遺傳機(jī)制,本研究用親本93-11和培矮64S配制雜交組合,在海南省陵水縣中國水稻研究所南繁基地和浙江省杭州富陽兩地應(yīng)用單粒傳法構(gòu)建了132個株系組成的兩優(yōu)培九衍生的重組自交系群體(Recombinant inbred lines,RILs),并對群體進(jìn)行重測序產(chǎn)生了高密度遺傳圖譜,用于水稻幼苗活力和稻米蒸煮食味品質(zhì)的初定位分析。收獲成熟的重組自交系群體種子做為材料,用國際水稻所營養(yǎng)液改良配方進(jìn)行水培,然后對幼苗活力的四個指標(biāo)(根長、苗長、幼苗干重以及濕重)進(jìn)行測定。發(fā)現(xiàn)這四個指標(biāo)之間存在顯著相關(guān)性,同時發(fā)現(xiàn),千粒重與幼苗的濕重和干重性狀間相關(guān)性顯著。利用重組自交系的高密度遺傳圖譜,在水稻所有12條染色體上總共檢測到65個數(shù)量性狀位點(diǎn)(QTL),其中57個QTL與幼苗活力相關(guān),28個QTL在海南和杭州都可檢測到,33個位點(diǎn)至今尚未見報道。為了對一個苗長主效QTL qSSL1...
