鹽脅迫下棉花幼苗(Gossypium hirsutum L.)對外源甜菜堿和水楊酸的生理生化特性響應(yīng)

土壤鹽分的升高(尤其是NaCl所引起的)是極為嚴(yán)重的非生物脅迫,抑制了全球約20%灌溉土地的植物生產(chǎn)力。棉花是當(dāng)今世界上公認(rèn)的規(guī)模最大的紡織纖維,也是重要的耐鹽作物,已成為鹽堿地主要的栽培作物。甜菜堿(Glycine betaine,GB)是一種具有活躍滲透能力的化合物,在植物抵御高寒和高鹽等非生物脅迫過程發(fā)揮著重要作用,水楊酸(Salicylic acid,SA)是一種在調(diào)節(jié)植物多種生理和生化特性中占有重要地位的植物激素,可以影響植物應(yīng)對非生物脅迫響應(yīng)過程。深入研究鹽分脅迫條件下噴施甜菜堿(GB)及水楊酸(SA)對棉花植株生理、生化特性的影響過程,探索噴施外源物質(zhì)對棉花適應(yīng)鹽分脅迫的調(diào)控機理,對于補充完善施用外源物質(zhì)(如GB和SA)對棉花耐鹽能力調(diào)控理論具有重要的理論與實踐意義。本研究旨在探討葉面噴施甜菜堿(GB)和水楊酸(SA)對高鹽(NaCl)脅迫條件下棉花幼苗生理生化特性的影響。在150 mM NaCl條件下,噴施外源GB設(shè)置3個處理(GB濃度分別為2.5、5.0和7.5 mM),噴施外源SA設(shè)置3個處理(SA濃度分別為1.0、1.5和2.0 mM),不噴施外源物質(zhì)的處理1個,...
