菌草菌糟作為生物肥料對巨菌草生長的影響

菌糟(SMS)是蘑菇生產(chǎn)工業(yè)的副產(chǎn)物。由于其生物活性,用菌糟作為農(nóng)業(yè)生物肥料已經(jīng)受到廣泛關注。生物肥料已被確定為化肥的替代品,以增加作物產(chǎn)量和土壤肥力,以維持良好的耕作。本研究的目的是評估靈芝和側耳菇菌糟轉(zhuǎn)化為生物肥料對不同土壤類型巨菌草的生長和營養(yǎng)價值的影響。巨菌草又被稱為象草或納皮爾草,是一種在熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)非常普遍的草。它能在高降水和高溫期間快速生長。本研究采用盆栽試驗,評估了靈芝和側耳菇菌糟對土壤(壤土和砂質(zhì))的影響,以及菌糟對巨菌草的生長和營養(yǎng)成分的影響。用 Loamy Ganoderma,Loamy Pleurotus,Sandy Ganoderma 和 Sandy Pleurotus(LG,LP,SG,SP)不同比例(80:20;60:40;50:50;40:60;和 SP)在 20 升的盆中進行栽培,底部充分通氣。通過使用方差分析和Duncan’s范圍測試來分析數(shù)據(jù),結果表明,施用菌糟顯著(p<0.05)促進了巨菌草的生長。本實驗測定了植物的化學成分、土壤養(yǎng)分(營養(yǎng)),根生物量、干重、株高、分蘗數(shù)、葉長度、寬度和莖直徑、根表面積,平均直徑,根長度,根體積,尖端和...
