玉米籽粒大小性狀的QTL定位

籽粒大小相關性狀,包括粒長、粒寬、粒厚等,對于玉米的產(chǎn)量與品質(zhì)表現(xiàn)具有決定性的影響。揭示這些性狀的表型特性,并發(fā)掘相應的QTL,對于玉米高產(chǎn)、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)育種,以及品質(zhì)改良都具有重要的實踐指導意義。本研究以自育的穗位極低材料EHel(extremely low Ear Height)與測序自交系B73雜交所構建的F3分離群體為研究對象,全面鑒定了群體的粒長、粒寬、粒厚,并結合10K的SNP芯片基因型鑒定,開展了玉米極低穗位材料EHel籽粒大小性狀的表型鑒定與QTL定位。主要研究結果如下:1.親本及分離群體籽粒大小性狀的表型特性表型鑒定結果顯示,兩個親本EHel與B73的10-粒長(10-kernel length,KL)與10-粒寬(10-kernel width,KW)在2018與2019之間均表現(xiàn)出極顯著差異(P<0.01)。但是EHel的10-粒厚(10-kernel thickness,KT)在兩年之間差異不顯著(P=0.6788),而B73的KT在兩年間則差異極顯著(P=0.0098)。親本之間的比較結果表明,在2018與2019兩年間,EHel與B73的KL與KW均存在極顯著...
