交錯(cuò)振動(dòng)式深松機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與試驗(yàn)研究

  農(nóng)用機(jī)械對(duì)表層土壤的不斷翻耕會(huì)產(chǎn)生堅(jiān)硬的犁底層。深松機(jī)具的使用可以打破犁底層,使水分和植物的根系能到更深的土壤中。但深松機(jī)具需要很大的牽引力和大馬力拖拉機(jī)來(lái)帶動(dòng),嚴(yán)重地制約了深松技術(shù)的發(fā)展。振動(dòng)深松是減少耕作阻力的一項(xiàng)新技術(shù),F(xiàn)有的振動(dòng)深松機(jī)大部分深松鏟尖需要同一時(shí)間穿透堅(jiān)硬的土壤,從而引起了土壤阻力的提高,增加了牽引力。常見(jiàn)的振動(dòng)深松機(jī)在田間作業(yè)時(shí),拖拉機(jī)手還會(huì)因?yàn)檎駝?dòng)深松機(jī)的振動(dòng)傳遞到拖拉機(jī)上而感到不適。本論文的研究為解決上述存在的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的V型交錯(cuò)振動(dòng)深松施肥機(jī),優(yōu)化改進(jìn)深松鏟來(lái)穿透土壤并克服阻力,同時(shí)使振動(dòng)深松機(jī)在工作時(shí)保持平衡和振動(dòng)穩(wěn)定來(lái)為拖拉機(jī)手提供好的工作環(huán)境。新設(shè)計(jì)的振動(dòng)深松機(jī)主要包括五個(gè)部分,(1)交錯(cuò)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)單元(2)動(dòng)力提供轉(zhuǎn)化裝置(3)偏心結(jié)構(gòu)單元(4)主機(jī)架(5)深度控制機(jī)構(gòu)和施肥系統(tǒng)。2012年和2013年連續(xù)兩年在中國(guó)河北省固安縣進(jìn)行測(cè)試。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和樣機(jī)的性能結(jié)果如下:-通過(guò)鏟柄模型分析、鏟柄受力分析以及研究鏟柄阻力下降的機(jī)理,得到了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。計(jì)算得出振動(dòng)方程式并繪制鏟柄運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,確定速度、振幅、頻率以及實(shí)際運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的關(guān)系,便于優(yōu)化和...
