南方小花蝽對甜菜夜蛾和棉紅鈴蟲的適合度及捕食潛力研究

  棉紅鈴蟲Pectinophora gossypiella和甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua是世界性的重要棉花害蟲。目前,生物防治被認為是最安全的害蟲治理策略之一,在生物防治策略中,天敵防控是最有效的防控方法。南方小花蝽Orius strigicollis Poppius,對鱗翅目害蟲幼蟲的防控效果較好。就現(xiàn)有研究而言,目前仍然缺乏使用兩性生命表工具對南方小花蝽的生命表和在不同溫度下對棉紅鈴蟲和甜菜夜蛾的適應性及防控潛力的研究。因此,本研究將采用兩性生命表方法,在實驗室條件下(75±5%RH和16L:8D),研究3個不同溫度對南方小花蝽捕食棉紅鈴蟲和甜菜夜蛾卵的適合度,以及對兩種獵物幼蟲的捕食功能反應、捕食潛力和獵物偏好進行評價,并在不同卵密度的條件下測定南方小花蝽對棉紅鈴蟲和甜菜夜蛾卵的適合度和捕食潛力。1)南方小花蝽捕食功能反應參數(shù)測定及其捕食潛力和獵物偏好研究本研究評價了3個溫度條件下南方小花蝽對棉紅鈴蟲和甜菜夜蛾卵及一齡幼蟲的捕食功能反應、捕食潛力以及獵物偏好性。利用邏輯回歸分析和Holling圓盤方程確定了雌性捕食者功能反應的類型和參數(shù)。結果顯示,3個溫度下南方小花蝽...
