中國(guó)長(zhǎng)針線蟲科及毛刺線蟲科種間及種內(nèi)群體的形態(tài)學(xué)及分子特征研究

植物寄生線蟲系一類嚴(yán)重威脅農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要的植物病原生物。線蟲本身或和土壤中其他微生物的協(xié)同作用可以侵染和危害植物的根、莖、葉、果實(shí)和種子等。長(zhǎng)針類和毛刺類線蟲均系植物根的外寄生線蟲,是刺嘴綱(Enoplea)內(nèi)具有植物寄生能力的典型類群,長(zhǎng)針類和毛刺類線蟲可寄生危害許多的植物類群,更重要的是其中的長(zhǎng)針線蟲屬、擬長(zhǎng)針線蟲屬、劍線蟲屬、毛刺線蟲屬和擬毛刺線蟲屬內(nèi)的一些種類可以作為一些重要植物病毒的傳播介體。這些屬中的新種或者潛在的重要種類的鑒定及描述對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)上植物檢疫等措施,抑制其傳播有重要的意義。本研究的目的是通過形態(tài)學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)的方法和技術(shù)提供準(zhǔn)確的有關(guān)長(zhǎng)針類和毛刺類線蟲的鑒定及檢測(cè)方法,以及中國(guó)發(fā)生的長(zhǎng)針類和毛刺類線蟲種群與國(guó)際上報(bào)道的有關(guān)種群的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系。本研究通過對(duì)來自國(guó)內(nèi)浙江、湖北、山東、安徽、海南、山西、云南、重慶和北京等9個(gè)。ㄊ校﹥(nèi),涉及公園、森林、果園等生物棲息地的植物根圍共采集528份土壤樣品(其中包括進(jìn)境植物根圍截獲的樣品)。通過改進(jìn)的過篩法進(jìn)行線蟲的分離,線蟲種的形態(tài)學(xué)鑒定系通過來源于多岐檢索表的分類特征和已報(bào)道種群原始描述的形態(tài)學(xué)特征及形態(tài)測(cè)量值比較,同時(shí)所有...
