豌豆蚜蟲(半翅目:蚜蟲)種群對部分豌豆品種和高溫的反應(yīng)

豌豆蚜蟲(Acyrthosiphon pisum)是豆類作物上的重要害蟲,是研究生態(tài)物種和分子生物學(xué)的模型生物。我們設(shè)計了一組實驗,以評估高溫對豌豆蚜蟲在各種豌豆品種上的種群參數(shù)的影響,溫度分別為27,30,33,36和39°C。對于活若蟲,發(fā)育期(從出生到成年)在27°C時最高,在390C時最低。在所有溫度下,幼蟲發(fā)育迅速,而在39°C時,記錄的發(fā)育時期緩慢。從27°C到最佳36°C的未成熟發(fā)育速度迅速增加,此后在39°C下降至37%。在27°C,30°C,33°C,36°C和27°C的溫度下,成年蚜蟲的壽命為9.0、9.1、8.8、6.9天,通常產(chǎn)生的后代數(shù)量為37、30、16、11和0。分別為390C。此外,從27°C升至°C時,固有的增加速率明顯更高。這些結(jié)果反映在蠶豆上豌豆蚜蟲的種群增長隨著溫度在270C至360C之間的升高而增加,此后下降。在第二個實驗中,發(fā)現(xiàn)豌豆蚜種群參數(shù)對5個豌豆豌豆(Pisum sativum L)的選定高溫(27、30、33、36、39°C)的響應(yīng),是在實驗室測試...
