【摘要】：依據(jù)不同民族個(gè)體在現(xiàn)實(shí)民族政治生活中的作用及地位的不同,可把民族個(gè)體在民族政治舞臺(tái)上承擔(dān)的政治角色區(qū)分為民族政治領(lǐng)袖、民族政治精英及民族群眾三個(gè)層次。其中,民族政治領(lǐng)袖居于民族政治角色的最高層次,執(zhí)掌民族政治最高權(quán)力,擁有廣泛影響和崇高威望,引領(lǐng)民族政治的發(fā)展方向;民族政治精英居于中間層次,對(duì)民族社會(huì)及多民族社會(huì)實(shí)施政治統(tǒng)治,在和民族政治生活緊密相關(guān)的一切重要領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮重要作用;民族群眾居于基礎(chǔ)層次,不和民族政治權(quán)力產(chǎn)生直接聯(lián)系,但卻是民族政治領(lǐng)袖與民族政治精英的權(quán)力合法性來源。不同層次政治角色的民族個(gè)體共同推動(dòng)民族政治發(fā)展的過程,同時(shí)也是實(shí)現(xiàn)民族政治之于民族個(gè)體的政治關(guān)懷過程。
[Abstract]:According to the different roles and positions of different ethnic individuals in the real national political life, the political role of the national individual in the national political arena can be divided into three levels: the national political leader, the national political elite and the national masses, which can be divided into three levels: the national political leader, the national political elite and the national masses. Among them, ethnic political leaders occupy the highest level of national political role, hold the highest power of national politics, have a wide range of influence and high prestige, leading the development direction of national politics; The ethnic political elite is in the middle level and plays an important role in all the important fields closely related to the national political life by carrying out political domination to the national society and the multi-ethnic society. The ethnic masses are at the basic level and do not have direct connection with the national political power, but they are the source of the legitimacy of the power of the national political leaders and the national political elites. National individuals with different levels of political roles jointly promote the development of national politics, and it is also the process of realizing the political concern of national politics to national individuals.
