【摘要】： 邊界是族群賴以存立的基礎(chǔ),以地理邊界為核心的族群邊界的突破和營造是族群社會發(fā)展中時刻發(fā)生著的事實(shí),無法涇渭分明的族群邊界是造成族群邊界緩沖區(qū)的前提,生存于其間的族群具有社會文化事像上的搖擺屬性,無論是族源還是社會文化現(xiàn)相,中國圖瓦人都顯示了這種族群特征。從圖瓦人到中國圖瓦人,其發(fā)展過程都游離在周邊大族群之間的利益博弈之下,與邊界周邊族群的歷史過程和社會文化面相息息相關(guān)。作為跨界小小族群的中國圖瓦人,盡管族群精英時刻遙望著族群主體以期彰顯族群特性,但在民族國家疆界的嚴(yán)格管制和現(xiàn)代性的沖擊面前,族群社會文化系統(tǒng)解構(gòu)下的陣痛在所難免。通過邊界內(nèi)外族群精英對中國圖瓦人五花八門的表述,透過族群口述史、文本史追認(rèn)族群歷史的演進(jìn)過程,對主要文化現(xiàn)相的深描和探討、射箭比賽儀式記憶的考察分析,把握當(dāng)前族群區(qū)分與建構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀,參考面對的主要族群關(guān)系,呈現(xiàn)由于現(xiàn)代性的漸進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致的風(fēng)險社會的來臨以及應(yīng)對等社會事實(shí),既可看到中國圖瓦人基本社會文化面相,又可發(fā)見演進(jìn)博弈的無所不在。由此可知:演進(jìn)博弈是族群發(fā)展的基本軌程,是一切族群的普遍特性。族群演進(jìn)博弈的動力來自于利益角逐和資源占有,根基源自對社會文化系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)與保持,導(dǎo)因則來自于自族群謀求發(fā)展的智慧和他族群的壓力。族群的社會文化系統(tǒng)是一個不斷試錯、校正,充滿偶然也深藏必然的不斷的演進(jìn)博弈過程,其中,族群精英從不同層面起到了重要作用。在很多情況下,精英引領(lǐng)著演進(jìn)博弈的進(jìn)行,盡管未必能決定最終的結(jié)果。在族群的演進(jìn)博弈之場內(nèi),參與力量既有族群內(nèi)部精英,一般民眾,不同立場、觀點(diǎn)、區(qū)域、年齡的人群,利益左右下的派系,也有族群外部精英以及地方權(quán)力部門,是一幅多維圖景。盡管族群在演進(jìn)博弈的過程中始終謀求未來利益,但族群博弈之力、邊界區(qū)分、族群聚攬卻始終從歷史中找尋養(yǎng)料和證據(jù)。所以,族群的演進(jìn)博弈特性與歷史本相的關(guān)系遠(yuǎn)沒有現(xiàn)時社會背景下的族群需要和利益緊密。
[Abstract]:The boundary is the foundation of the ethnic group's existence, and the breakthrough and construction of the ethnic boundary with the geographical boundary as the core is the fact that happens at the moment in the development of the ethnic group society, and the indistinguishable ethnic boundary is the premise of creating the buffer zone of the ethnic group's boundary. The ethnic groups in which they exist have the character of swaying on the social and cultural images, both from the ethnic origin and the social and cultural phenomena, and the Tuwa people in China all show this kind of ethnic characteristics. From the Tuwa people to the Chinese Tuwa people, their development process is separated under the interest game among the surrounding large ethnic groups, and is closely related to the historical process and social and cultural aspects of the ethnic groups around the border. As a small cross-border ethnic group, the Tuwa in China, although the ethnic elites always look at the ethnic subjects in order to manifest the characteristics of the ethnic groups, but in the face of the strict control of the nation-state boundaries and the impact of modernity, The paroxysmal pain under the deconstruction of the social and cultural system of the ethnic group is inevitable. Through the various expressions of the Chinese Tuwa by the elite of the ethnic groups inside and outside the border, through the oral and textual history of the ethnic groups to recognize the evolution of the history of the ethnic groups, the deep description and discussion of the main cultural phenomena and the investigation and analysis of the memory of the archery competition ceremony, Grasp the current status of ethnic differentiation and construction, refer to the main ethnic relations, present the social facts such as the coming of risk society due to the gradual development of modernity and how to deal with it. We can not only see the basic social and cultural facets of the Tuwa people in China, but also make use of them. It can also be seen that evolutionary game is everywhere. It can be seen that evolutionary game is the basic path of the development of ethnic groups, and is the universal characteristic of all ethnic groups. The motivation of ethnic evolution game comes from the competition of interests and the possession of resources, which is rooted in the maintenance and maintenance of the social and cultural system, and the reason comes from the wisdom of seeking development of the ethnic group and the pressure of the other ethnic groups. The social and cultural system of ethnic groups is a continuous trial, error, correction, full of chance and hidden in the inevitable continuous evolutionary game process, in which ethnic elites play an important role from different levels. In many cases, elites lead the way in evolutionary games, although they may not determine the end result. In the evolutionary game field of ethnic groups, the forces involved include the elites within the ethnic group, the general public, different positions, views, regions, age groups, factions under the interests of the left and right, as well as the elite outside the ethnic group and local power departments. It's a multi-dimensional picture. Although ethnic groups always seek future interests in the process of evolutionary game, the strength of ethnic games, the distinction of boundaries, and the gathering of ethnic groups have always sought for nourishment and evidence from history. Therefore, the relationship between the evolutionary game characteristics of ethnic groups and history is far less than the needs and interests of ethnic groups under the current social background.
