【摘要】：布努瑤是個(gè)遷徙性的族群,長(zhǎng)期游離于主流社會(huì)的邊緣,又沒(méi)有形成凌駕于家庭之上的社會(huì)權(quán)威,主要依賴經(jīng)由個(gè)體(家庭)所建立的關(guān)系所形成的"權(quán)威"維持秩序。這種權(quán)威具有變動(dòng)性,相對(duì)靈活機(jī)動(dòng),協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng),但不穩(wěn)定,需要主流社會(huì)對(duì)其加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo),強(qiáng)化規(guī)范化管理,以維持社會(huì)的和諧有序。
[Abstract]:Bunuyao is a migratory ethnic group, who has long drifted away from the edge of the mainstream society, and has not formed the social authority above the family, and mainly relies on the "authority" formed by the relationship established by the individual (family) to maintain order. This kind of authority is flexible, relatively flexible and has strong coordination ability, but it is unstable. It needs the mainstream society to strengthen its guidance, strengthen the standardized management, in order to maintain the social harmony and order.
