【摘要】：土家族梯瑪信仰今日之衰退,從總體上觀之是由于梯瑪信仰未能實現(xiàn)革新以適應(yīng)變遷中的外部環(huán)境。梯瑪信仰的關(guān)鍵角色梯瑪是以班壇為基本結(jié)構(gòu)組成的群體,梯瑪班壇與血緣世家同構(gòu),具有開放性程度低、權(quán)威結(jié)構(gòu)弱、職業(yè)化水平低、合法化能力差等組織特征。建基于血親倫理規(guī)范關(guān)系上的梯瑪班壇,在封閉的傳承中,無力抵御內(nèi)外部風(fēng)險,無力建立理性的約束規(guī)則,無力提高組織專業(yè)化水平,無力生產(chǎn)合法性話語,從而導(dǎo)致梯瑪及其班壇在面對外在環(huán)境變化與挑戰(zhàn)時,失去調(diào)適性變遷與革新的制度化能力,不可避免地走向了衰退和消亡之路。
[Abstract]:The decline of Tema belief in Tujia nationality is due to the failure of Tema faith to adapt to the changing external environment. The key role of Timar belief is a group composed of the basic structure of the Bandar. The Temamaran altar is isomorphic to the blood family and has the organizational characteristics of low openness, weak authority structure, low level of professionalization and poor legalization ability. The Temaban altar, which is based on the ethical norms of blood relatives, is unable to resist internal and external risks, to establish rational rules of restraint, to improve the level of organization specialization and to produce legitimate discourse in the closed inheritance. In the face of the changes and challenges of the external environment, Timar and his team lost the institutional ability to adapt to the changes and innovations, and inevitably headed for the road of decline and extinction.
