【摘要】：赫哲族是我國人‘口最少的民族之一,屬于邊遠省份的跨境民族,人口僅為4640人,是我國北方地區(qū)非常具有代表性的人口較少民族,是國家“十一五”期間重點扶持的人口較少民族之一。 長期以來,赫哲族以漁獵的生產(chǎn)方式為主,生活在黑龍江、松花江、烏蘇里江流域。上世紀80年代初,國家提出引導(dǎo)赫哲族群眾轉(zhuǎn)變生產(chǎn)方式,實施捕養(yǎng)結(jié)合,多種經(jīng)營的生產(chǎn)方針,實施轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)。經(jīng)過幾十年的努力,赫哲族群眾逐漸適應(yīng)了這種新的生活方式,而且其社會結(jié)構(gòu),生產(chǎn)方式,思想意識等方面都發(fā)生了巨大的轉(zhuǎn)變。對赫哲族社會幾十年發(fā)展變化的研究,對于促進民族團結(jié),維護邊疆穩(wěn)定,擬定北方邊境地區(qū)的發(fā)展方向,研究北方人口較少民族的社會結(jié)構(gòu)及發(fā)展定位有著重要意義。 本文在充分調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對赫哲族聚居區(qū)自然、地理、歷史情況,所屬縣(市)、鄉(xiāng)、村經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展狀況及赫哲族聚居區(qū)社會結(jié)構(gòu)、思想意識形態(tài)進行了分析。提出了當?shù)亟?jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不完善,人才干部隊伍培養(yǎng)需要進一步加強,傳統(tǒng)文化保護比較艱難等幾個方面的問題。最后針對這些問題,提出了相應(yīng)的解決建議。
[Abstract]:The Hezhen nationality is one of the fewest ethnic groups in China. It belongs to the cross-border ethnic group in remote provinces with a population of only 4640. It is a very representative ethnic group in the northern part of our country. Is the national "11 th five-year plan" during the key support of the population of one of the few nationalities. For a long time, the Hezhen people mainly live in Heilongjiang, Songhua River and Wusuli River. At the beginning of 1980s, the state put forward the production policy of guiding the Hezhen people to change the production mode, implementing the combination of capture and maintenance, and diversified operation, and implementing the conversion of production. After decades of efforts, the Hezhen people gradually adapted to this new way of life, and its social structure, production mode, ideology and other aspects have undergone tremendous changes. The study on the development and change of Hezhen society in the past decades is of great significance for promoting national unity, maintaining border stability, drawing up the development direction of the northern border areas, and studying the social structure and development orientation of the minority nationalities in the north. On the basis of full investigation and research, this paper analyzes the nature, geography, historical situation, the economic and social development of the county (city), the township and the village, the social structure, the ideology and the ideology of the Hezhen nationality concentrated area. Some problems such as unreasonable local economic structure, imperfect infrastructure construction, the need to further strengthen the training of the contingent of talented personnel and the difficult protection of traditional culture are put forward. Finally, the corresponding solutions to these problems are put forward.
