【摘要】：民族識(shí)別是指依據(jù)"民族"含義及其基本特征等要素對(duì)一個(gè)族體的民族成份和民族稱謂的辨認(rèn)。"民族識(shí)別"作為辨識(shí)族體的方式,并非新中國別出心裁,古已有之,國外亦不乏其例。從"民族識(shí)別"的某個(gè)片段分析,必然認(rèn)為"識(shí)別"結(jié)論具有偶然性、主觀性,但回溯"民族識(shí)別"的整體進(jìn)程,足見"識(shí)別"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)科學(xué)、過程縝密、結(jié)果認(rèn)可,因而絕非識(shí)別主體的主觀臆斷。當(dāng)下,民族意識(shí)增強(qiáng)和民族問題凸現(xiàn)是諸多因素互力共推的結(jié)果,將責(zé)任歸咎于"民族識(shí)別"顯然有失公允。
[Abstract]:National identification refers to the identification of the ethnic composition and the national appellation of a ethnic group according to the meaning and basic characteristics of the "nation". " As a way to identify ethnic groups, ethnic identification is not unique in New China. It has existed in ancient times, and there are many examples abroad. From the analysis of a segment of "national identification", we must think that the conclusion of "recognition" is accidental and subjective, but looking back at the whole process of "national identification", we can see that the standard of "recognition" is scientific, the process is meticulous, and the result is acceptable. Therefore, it is by no means a subjective assumption to identify the subject. At present, the enhancement of national consciousness and the emergence of ethnic problems are the result of the mutual promotion of many factors. It is obviously unfair to blame "national identification".
