【摘要】：公元7世紀(jì)初期,松贊干布經(jīng)過一系列的兼并戰(zhàn)爭統(tǒng)一諸部后,建立了一整套的職官制度。吐蕃王朝初期的職官制度從中央到地方都帶有濃重的"軍政合一"的性質(zhì),在給新興的吐蕃王朝帶來內(nèi)政與拓殖上的裨益的同時,催生了噶爾家族專權(quán)局面的形成,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致王室與貴族勢力之間的權(quán)力相爭。噶爾家族專權(quán)局面的形成有其歷史特殊性,但"軍政合一"性的制度內(nèi)因是噶爾家族專權(quán)局面形成與終結(jié)的歷史必然性。
[Abstract]:In the early 7th century AD, Songzan Ganbu established a whole system of officials after a series of annexation wars. In the early period of the Tubo Dynasty, the official system in the early period of the Tubo Dynasty had a strong nature of "integration of military and government" from the central to the local level. While bringing benefits to the emerging Tubo dynasty in internal affairs and colonization, it gave birth to the formation of the autocratic power of the Gagar family. This led to a struggle for power between the royal and aristocratic forces. The formation of the Kar family autocracy has its historical particularity, but the internal cause of the system of "the unity of military and government" is the historical inevitability of the formation and end of the Gar family autocracy.
