【摘要】：改革開放和市場經濟體制的確立開啟了一個新的時代。人口作為社會經濟行為中最活躍的要素之一,其流動方向、流動頻率、流動方式不但能夠最直觀地展示經濟社會發(fā)展的狀況,往往也成為衡量不同民族之間、不同地區(qū)之間社會聯(lián)系之深度和廣度的標志。在西藏,一方面是長期以來全國從人力、物力、財力等方面給予大力支援和幫助,另一方面則是內地各省為西藏提供了巨大的國內市場,提供了多種多樣的發(fā)展機會和條件,吸引和推動著西藏藏族人口自發(fā)地東向流動。這兩個相輔相成的歷史過程是我國社會發(fā)展的必然現(xiàn)象,善于抓住這一歷史性的契機意義重大。
[Abstract]:Reform and opening up and the establishment of a market economy system opened a new era. As one of the most active elements of social and economic behavior, population flow direction, frequency and mode of movement can not only display the economic and social development situation directly, but also become a measure of different ethnic groups. A symbol of the depth and breadth of social ties between different regions. In Tibet, on the one hand, for a long time, the whole country has given great support and assistance in terms of human, material and financial resources. On the other hand, the mainland provinces have provided Tibet with a huge domestic market, providing various development opportunities and conditions. It attracts and promotes the spontaneous eastward movement of Tibetan population in Tibet. These two complementary historical processes are an inevitable phenomenon in China's social development, and it is of great significance to grasp this historic opportunity.
