【摘要】：文化是具有特定社會功能的結(jié)構(gòu)體。文化系統(tǒng)性結(jié)構(gòu)和文化因子之間的相互依存和制約,必然引起文化對外來刺激的反應(yīng),導(dǎo)致超出經(jīng)濟(jì)活動范疇的相際經(jīng)營的復(fù)雜化。如果忽視了這一現(xiàn)實,各種意想不到的非經(jīng)濟(jì)制約力必然接踵而至。因此,許多經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的成因并不在經(jīng)濟(jì)活動本身,而在于其植根的文化網(wǎng)絡(luò)深處,如果對文化網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身沒有深層次的認(rèn)識,經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的來龍去脈就無法澄清。有鑒于此,相際經(jīng)營理論提出是對相際間非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素變革中各種交叉要素的區(qū)別對待和積極引導(dǎo)。它強(qiáng)調(diào),在注意摒棄狹隘、陳舊的地方觀念及民族意識之同時,要培育并發(fā)揚在宏觀層次上與國家和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展目標(biāo)相一致的創(chuàng)新意識、創(chuàng)新文化和創(chuàng)新觀念,這為解決我國當(dāng)下區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡,尤其是民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后的問題,提供了創(chuàng)新性的解決思路。
[Abstract]:Culture is a structure with specific social functions. The interdependence and restriction between the systematic structure of culture and cultural factors will inevitably lead to the reaction of culture to foreign stimuli, and lead to the complication of interphase management beyond the scope of economic activities. If this reality is ignored, unexpected non-economic constraints are bound to follow. Therefore, the cause of many economic problems is not in the economic activity itself, but in the depth of the cultural network at its root. If there is no deep understanding of the cultural network itself, the origin of the economic problem cannot be clarified. In view of this, the theory of interphase management is a differential treatment and positive guidance to various cross-elements in the transformation of non-economic factors between phases. It emphasizes that, while paying attention to the rejection of narrow and stereotyped local concepts and national consciousness, it is necessary to foster and develop a sense of innovation, culture and ideas at the macro level consistent with the goals of national and regional economic and social development, This provides an innovative solution to the imbalance of regional economic development, especially the backward economic development in ethnic areas.
