【摘要】：中國土司制度與土司文化及西南等地土司政治與土司文化遺產(chǎn)具有鮮明的政治屬性,日漸得到學(xué)界的關(guān)注和重視。土司研究基本形成相對完整的學(xué)術(shù)架構(gòu),成果不斷增多,在專學(xué)化發(fā)展過程中,社會影響不斷擴(kuò)大,國際化趨勢明顯。因此,中國土司研究不應(yīng)回避政治屬性和服務(wù)意識,專家學(xué)者在強(qiáng)化中國國家認(rèn)同、中華民族與中華文化認(rèn)同及推進(jìn)制度創(chuàng)新與完善國家治理體系能力的當(dāng)下,研究中國土司制度與土司文化及西南等地土司政治,利用歷史積淀的制度文明,推進(jìn)制度創(chuàng)新,建構(gòu)和完善國家治理體系與能力,為促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)發(fā)展和深化土司文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用,解決我國國家統(tǒng)一、邊疆穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民族團(tuán)結(jié)、社會和諧和文化繁榮等重大理論與實(shí)踐問題提供學(xué)理支持和歷史鏡鑒。
[Abstract]:The system of Chinese toast, the culture of toast and the political and cultural heritage of toast in southwest China have been paid more and more attention to by scholars. Tusi research basically forms a relatively complete academic framework, and the results are increasing. In the process of specialized development, the social influence is expanding and the trend of internationalization is obvious. Therefore, the study of Chinese toast should not avoid political attributes and service consciousness. Experts and scholars are strengthening Chinese national identity, the Chinese nation and Chinese culture identity, and promoting institutional innovation and the ability to improve the national governance system. To study the system of Chinese toast, the culture of toast and the politics of toast in Southwest China, to make use of the system civilization accumulated in history, to promote the innovation of system, to construct and perfect the system and ability of national governance. In order to promote the development and utilization of the Tusi cultural heritage in minority areas, and to solve the problems of national reunification, border stability, economic development and ethnic unity, Social harmony and cultural prosperity and other important theoretical and practical issues to provide theoretical support and historical mirror.
